Food is the basic living condition of human society existence and development,it is an important material for stabilizing the market and ensuring the national economy and the people’s livelihood Because of the seasonal production and the annual consumption of food,it has a very important position and role in the national economy.Since the reform and opening up,with the continuous deepening of the reform of the grain circulation system and enterprise reform,China has begun to explore,establish and improve the grain reserve system since 1990,in response to the occurrence of unexpected events,ensuring food security.Until now,there are more than 200 reserve pools these directly under the state and about 1000 reserve pools these not directly under,which can reserve about 200 million tons of grain every year.The grain stored in a library,even although it can extend the storage time by using the adjustment storage technology of gas and the grain drying technology,but there is still a certain storage period,so grain depot every year have large amounts of grain into the market,and have a lot of new grain is stored to keep enough grain food,while the outflow and inflow of these require the shipment of grain.At present,our country scattered grain purchasing and storage using a large number of car loading,while most of the scattered grain running vehicles are common trailer that do not have the ability to dump,so unloading material mainly adopts manual discharging.This kind of work method has high labor costs,high working intensity and low efficiency,which cannot meet the needs of food operation in the harvest season.At the same time,it will produce a lot of dust,in the manual unloading process,which will have certain harm to the body of the unloading workers.Considering the above situation,our company started to research and succeeded in developing a wide range of adaptation,the security and stability of the side block device,by using hydraulic lifting shipping grain car lateral tilt,which is a grain automatic unloading device,solving the security problem in a reliable way.And the safe and stable operation of the equipment is ensured by reasonable hydraulic system.In the process of equipment research and development,the finite element analysis is also used,which is to ensure the strength of the whole structure and reduce the cost of the equipment as much as possible.Finally,the operation of the equipment is verified by the prototype experiment.The research and development of the device,improve the unloading efficiency,reduce the labor intensity,improve the operating environment of workers,and improve the automation level of food transportation industry.Research and development of the device also take a good economic returns for my own company.
