The pig-breeding scale is very large in our country.There are large mounts dead pigs produced by the reason of disease or disaster in the process of breeding. People more and more pay attention to this problem. The incident that Huang-pu river floating dead pigs in March 2013, once again arouse people’s discussion. Dead pig disposal technologies are researched in this paper.1. Composting parameters are determined. Material humidity is controlled in 50%~ 60%. Ratio of carbon and nitrogen is controlled in 25~30.Ventilation rate is 60~100 L/(m3·min).Fans open to 5 min and then close 15 min. Rotational speed of agitator is set to 12 r/min. Temperature is up to 55~65℃ and maintains 2 weeks.2. Composting process is determined. Dead pig is crushed and transported to mixing machine and add manure and straw material at the same time.Then material is transported to hopper.Material is transported to fermenter and discharged after 6 weeks.3. Fermentation system is designed. Fermentation system is composed of fermenter, feeding and discharging equipment, ventilation system, mixing equipment, transmission system etc. Volume of fermenter is 17 m3. Cylinder diameter of fermenter is 2.3 m.Height of fermenter is 4.3 m. There are temperature sensor and sampling mouth at the 0.9 m,1.8 m,2.7 m.Feeding mouth is at the top and discharging port is at the bottom.4. Structure and strength of shaft is designed. The structure of parts and components are designed based on CATIA three-dimensional modeling module.Agitator frequently start is easy to cause the strength of the stirring shaft failure, so the intensity check of stirring shaft is very necessary. This paper choose 2Cr13 material used for stirring shaft. The strength of the stirring shaft is checked based on the finite element analyses strength and stiffness analysis module of CATIA. |
