| The forest fire occurs very frequently in our country,which makes the situation of forest resources worse.Fire belt is used for precaution and isolation.The equipment of fire belt removes combustible with inefficiency and poor effect,which halts the fire’s spread in the horizontal direction and vertical direction.The equipment basing on hydraulic track chassis can lumber up a 0°~20°slope semiannually whose working depth is not less than 30mm when it planes shrub by spindle drive.The working equipment bases on working principle、hydraulic system and hydraulic track chassis.The model of the equipment was analyzed by Solid Edge、ANSYS Workbench and ADAMS software in order to analyze data about statics analysis、modal analysis、kinematics analysis and dynamics analysis.The strength and the stiffness of the design can meet requirement.The piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder can extend fully with 15.41mm/s.The forward velocity of the equipment is 5.54 m/min and the rotational velocity of the equipment is 277 r/min.The width of the equipment is 1740mm and the working depth ranges from 30mm to 71.27mm.The width of the prototype is 1680mm and the working efficiency is 558.432m2/h.Prototype manufacture of the equipment for reclaiming and maintaining fire belt fills the gaps in construction machinery about forest fire prevention and maintaining fire belt. |
