This paper according to the actual need of our country north of two crops a year in the high yield region field crop planting,developed a finger-clip-type corn and wheat precision planter.The planter in accordance with wide-narrow row and wheat variable row spacing to complete the design,which is mainly composed of a machine frame,land wheels,profiling mechanism,seed boxes,three point linkage,mouldboard plough,metering,shovel plough,soil covering device and transmission.The land wheels provides metering device power and complete compaction on sowing seeds,disposable complete ditching,seeding,soil covering,pressing process.The machine has compact structure and field test can meet the requirement of precision sowing wheat and corn.Based on the analysis of the metering device of no tillage planter situation at home and abroad and some general metering device,focusing on the finger clip type metering device which was analyzed in theory and design.Design a suitable for wheat wide-narrow row sowing finger clip type double metering device,and it can realize the switching on single and double row sowing through transmission control,which can sow different row crops.In the STB-700 type metering device of multifunctional intelligent test on seeding performance refers to finger clip type metering device to do the experiment and the metering device after discharge of corn,wheat seeds and without seeding from corn,wheat seed germination rate were compared.The results proved the seed metering device to not affect the germination rate under the condition of both sowing corn and wheat.Based on SolidWorks software to build a virtual prototype model of precision seeder,as well as some elements of the three-dimensional map transformed into a two-dimensional map,for the manufacture of prototype laid a theoretical foundation to improve the efficiency of post-manufacturing and assembly machines.Finally,the prototype of the field experiment in Zhengzhou MaoZhuang reflects some design issues,and provides a basis for further improvement and the design of subsequent adjustment planter.
