The Precision spade punch planter with a simple structure and sowing precisely ismade up of a metering device and a spade soil opener. As it is applicable to a variety ofsoil conditions and conducive to preserve soil moisture, so it has a wide applicationprospect. In this text, I adopt the method of discrete element to analyse in the style ofdynamic simulation precision scraper-type planter during working in order to furtherimprove the design theory of the Precision spade punch planter.After a detailed analysis on the structural features and working process ofPrecision spade punch planter, I establish a2d simplified model of metering device andsoil opener by AutoCAD, then I add movement attribute by the secondary developmenttechnology for planter, in this way I establish a discrete element simulation analysismodel of the planter. I take the round granule as the base and establish a discreteelement simulation analysis model of the seed by linear contact stiffness model, thenaccording to the basic principle of the two-dimensional discrete element method I writeprograms to analysis the cleaning process of precision spade punch planter. As thesimulation results and the theoretical analysis results are consistent with each other, sothe seed group analysis model is right. According to linear contact stiffness relations,sliding relations and parallel constraint relation I establish a soil discrete elementsimulation analysis model and analysis the working process of soil open.The simulationresult which is accord with the actual operating condition shows that the introduction ofthe parallel constraint can reflect the force produced due to the presence of water in thesoil.As the shape of the corn seed is special, so the circular particle can only imitatepart of the corn seed. According to the particularity of corn seed shape, establishing adiscrete element simulation analysis model is more closer to the true shape of the corn seed by the method of combined arc simulation analysis. After analysing the cleaningprocess on different varieties of corn seed, the simulation result and the theoreticalanalysis and test results are consistent with each other, so the established core seedanalysis model is right.Research shows that the model of seed group and soil established by the discreteelement method simulation analysis is suitable for the simulation analysis of theworking process of the Precision spade punch planter and it can improve the efficiencyof the Precision spade punch planter and provide a new kind design method forprecision spade punch planter.
