To study the bamboo shoots in the stage in carbohydrate metabolism rule and the chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of bamboo sheath, find out the regulation mechanism of bamboo shoots, growth for the regulation of bamboo shoots of bamboo shoots, reducing methods provide valuable ideas, with moso bamboo(Phyllostachys edulis)as experimental materials, sugar metabolism of bamboo shoots the developmental stage related enzymes activity, chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of bamboo sheath and other physiological processes were studied. The main results are as follows:1.The height and perimeter of the shoots, radish shoots, cut shoots and shoots were increased, and the increase was the highest. The shoots were cut and the shoots were taken.Whip of the leading and cut the radish shoots height and perimeter showed an increase-a downward trend. In the bamboo shoots bamboo shoots are the main factors affecting the growth of shoots, radish shoots may be due to their own mechanism of the reasons for the utilization of nutrients is not high, resulting in slow growth of bamboo shoots.2.The soluble sugar and sucrose content of the leading bamboo shoots and radish shoots increased with the sampling time, and the content of lead and bamboo shoots was higher than that of the carrot shoots. The content of fructose and glucose decreased first and then increased with the sampling time.Radish shoot auxin spaying solution,on the fifteenth day and the 30 day sampling when the content of soluble sugar and sucrose content and leading shoots near, close to the soluble sugar and sucrose contents in root and shoot of radish leading shoots, shoots the radish broken whip soluble sugar, sucrose, fructose and glucose content is less than the leading shoot whip off.It showed that spraying auxin could promote the accumulation of soluble sugar and sucrose in radish shoots, but the accumulation of fructose and glucose was not obvious. The carbohydrate metabolism of the leading bamboo shoots was higher than that of the carrot shoots. The activity of sucrose synthase, sucrose phosphate synthase and neutral invertase were positively correlated with sucrose content..3.The F0 and Fm of shoots were different in normal shoots and deciduous shoots. The initial fluorescence values and maximum fluorescence values of the normal shoots were significantly higher than those of the decayed shoots, and the F0 of the shoots above the normal shoots was larger than that of the lower part,The lower part of the normal shoots, the middle and the upper part of the change is not,and the decline of bamboo shoots change significantly, the maximum fluorescence value of the upper part of the larger than the lower part of the law.The maximum photochemical quantum yield, the actual photosynthetic efficiency and apparent photosynthetic electron transport rate of the lower and middle layers of the shoots were significantly higher than those of the decayed shoots, and the actual photosynthetic efficiency of the shoots was the highest.4.The initial fluorescence and maximum fluorescence of different shoots were different. The normal shoots showed the trend of increasing first and then descending, the highest at 40 cm,the lowest at 20 cm,the lowest at 70 cm,the opposite of the decay and the bamboo shoots Body is greater than the decline of bamboo shoots body. The maximum photochemical quantum yield of PSII increased with the increase of shoot height, and the maximum photochemical quantum yield of PSII was higher than that of normal shoots. When the height of shoots reached 40 cm,the actual photosynthetic efficiency of shoots was basically unchanged,The difference of apparent photosynthetic electron transport rate(ETR)of bamboo shoots began to increase with the height of shoots, and the height of shoots reached 70 cm.
