This study took Phyllostachys bissefii as the research object, selected eight different production regions, respectively in each region to choose three different site conditions of sample plots,in all sample plots set up three 20 m x 20 m standard plots,a total of 72 standard plots.Recorded the altitude, slope, slope aspects and slope positions of every sample plot, and investigated the number of bamboo shoots, the number of degraded bamboo shoots, bamboo shoots base diameter and the yield of bamboo shoots of every standard plot. The effects of different factors on the yield of bamboo shoots, the base diameter of bamboo shoots and the degraded shooting percentage of bamboo shoots were studied, and the suitable site conditions for planting bamboos were selected.Analyzed the bamboo shoots quality and soil nutrient characteristics of each region, found out the relationship between bamboo shoots quality index and soil nutrient index by using correlation analysis method, and offered some scientific suggestions to soil management of forests for bamboo shoots. The main conclusions are as follows:1.The yield of bamboo shoots, the base diameter of bamboo shoots and the degraded shooting percentage of bamboo shoots are obviously different under different site conditions. At the altitude of 1000 ~ 1200 m,the soil layer thickness is 30 ~ 50 cm,the humus layer is deep and fertile, and the slope of the middle or lower slope is gentle, which is suitable for the planting Phyllostachys bissefii.2.There is a correlation between the bamboo shoots quality and soil nutrient(P < 0.05),and the nutrient content of bamboo shoots with multiple soil nutrient factors have a comprehensive effect. The amino acid content of bamboo shoots is inhibited by soil superacid. The high nitrogen content of soil inhibits the content of total sugar, crude protein, ash and edible parts in bamboo shoots. The increase of soil organic matter content can promote the content of vitamin C,crude fat,ash and edible parts in bamboo shoots. The increase of soil phosphorus content can promote the content of total sugar, crude protein, crude fat,ash and edible parts in bamboo shoots.Theincrease of soil potassium content can promote the content of vitamin C,crude protein, crude fat and mineral element in bamboo shoots.3.The suggestions for soil nutrient management in eight producing areas of Phyllostachys bissefii: the organic fertilizer should be increased and the nitrogen fertilizer should be reduced in dazhu area. The linshui area should improve soil p H and improve the ratio of phosphate fertilizer in fertilizer. In the area of yuchengqu, the soil p H should be improved, the amount of nitrogen fertilizer should be reduced, and the proportion of phosphate and potash fertilizer in fertilizer should be increased. The soil p H of lushan area should be improved and organic fertilizer and potash fertilizer should be increased. In dujiangyan area should increase the application of organic fertilizer, reduce nitrogen fertilizer, and increase the proportion of phosphate and potash fertilizer in fertilizer. The chongzhou area should increase organic fertilizer, and the proportion of phosphate and potash fertilizer in fertilizer should be increased. The hongya area should increase the application of potash fertilizer.
