| Nowadays, the environmental problem of the whole world has become one of thecritical factors restricting the development of every country. Improving the greenconstruction of the city, which is the important carrier of development, has been thekey method to make the ecological environment better. As the main public project,afforestation is the key point to build the urban image and change the investmentclimate. As one of the four municipality cities, Tianjin’s afforestation is typical innorthern China. The green space affiliated to every company is essential in improvingthe small environment by playing its ecological and social functions. Therefore,studying and analyzing maintenance and management pattern of green space lays thefoundation for making effective management measures.Based on analysis on natural resources of Tianjin, the paper selects Five AvenueArea in Heping District as research object, evaluates the green space affiliated to unitsin the area in terms of ecological benefits, level of maintenance and management, andadaptation of plants. The paper tries to set up maintenance and management system ofgreen space affiliated to units consisting of basic material management system andmaintenance management system in line with the results of analysis and referring tomanagement experience of afforestation and green space affiliated to units of othercities.By analyzing the research on Five Avenue Area and setting up maintenancemanagement system, main factors influencing green space affiliated to units areconcluded as follows: construction of green space affiliated to units, selection of wayof management, structure of department in charge and scientific management. At last,the paper puts forward the following suggestions on management model: first, perfectmaintenance and management system of green space affiliated to units; second, bettersurveillance system of maintenance and management of green space affiliated to units;create a social environment conducive to surveillance of green space affiliated to units.The paper will provide some reference to relevant departments in charge of makingobjectives and measures of maintenance and management of green space affiliated tounits. |
