At present,with the development of agricultural information technology in the process of agricultural production,precision agriculture has become an inexorable trend in the development of modern agriculture because of its numerous advantages such as low consumption and environmental protection.Variable spraying technology is an important research field of precision agriculture,and the design of the control system of variable spraying is an essential part of variable spraying technology.Mostly,the existing variable spraying systems change spraying quantity by adjusting the system pressure and use the method of PWM regulating,which generally has disadvantages of high cost and low realizability.Based on the above background,this paper designs a variable spraying control system of multiple nozzles combination that can quickly response to the decision-making information of spraying quantity and then complete variable spraying mission.The design achieves variable spraying through controlling three nozzles combination.During this process,it is also achieved that making the adjusting range of variable spraying system widened.Besides,design cost is low because the expensive hardware equipment such as electric valve and ARM is replaced.This system uses MCU STC12C5A60S2 as the core processor.Upper computer disposes the distribution information of weeds,and passes the decision-making information to MCU through wireless communication module in real time.After disposing the decision-making information by MCU,seven corresponding combinations of different spraying nozzle are formed which is controlled by MCU,contributing to seven kinds of spaying quantity with different sizes.In the process of normal operation,the system designs several information feedback modules,such as Hall flow,speed,pressure and liquid level.Through the liquid crystal display module,real-time spraying control system working condition can be displayed.When any part of spraying control system failure occurs,the alarm circuit can be triggered by MCU timely,and maintenance workers will be notified in time to avoid losses.In order to verify the feasibility and validity of the variable spraying control system of multiple nozzles combination designed in this paper,this experiment sets up variable spraying system of multiple nozzles combination on the comprehensive test bench of spray performance.By analyzing the test data,it was indicated that the spraying control system has tiny spraying error,wide spaying quantity adjustable ranges,and quick response.In conclusion,the design of variable spraying control system in this paper possesses following advantages: easy to operate,quick response,low cost,easy to promote,environmentally friendly,and herbicide saving,etc,which provides theoretical basis and technical support to the development of variable spraying control technology in China.
