Research On Variable Spraying Control System

The present method of spraying mainly uses extensive spraying, which causes the problems like too much spraying, low efficiency and environmental pollution, bringing out too much residue of agricultural products. Therefore, there is a great need to carry out variable spraying technique. The paper primarily focus on variable spraying control system, makes the detail solution of variable control system, further designs the hardware circuit programmes the software, and builds up the variable spraying control system.The paper firstly analyze a plurality factors that influences dosage of every ha, and determines the primary factors with which variable control scheme is further designed in accordance. Then the control principle of the variable is illustrated, adjusting dosage in time, so as to make the actual dosage of every ha to be identical with the predetermined value.Secondly, proper sensors, adjustable valves, Single-Chip Microcomputer chip, A/D converter, D/A converter, supervision chip, Liquid Crystal Display Module ,SATA communication chip are properly selected in accordance with the requirement of the solutions. The operating parameters collecting circuit, and output control circuit of the variable spraying control system are additionally designed. Control system circuit board is further made in accordance with the selected electronic components and the designed circuit, and the corresponding software is programmed using assemble language.Finally, experiment is done, testing the accuracy rate of the sensors, adjusting precision and time response of variable control system. The result of the experiment show that this designed control system could work precisely, quickly and could meet the requirement of production.
