| In China, pesticide spraying has been always an effective means of pest control and prevention in agriculture, but due to backward in the pesticide application technology, pesticide utilization rate is far lower than that of some developed countries. This not only causes a great waste of pesticide, it also has many adverse effects on natural ecological environment. In order to solve this situation, the research on variable rate spraying technology has been put on the agenda,which the goal is to realize pesticide application as required according to the specific pest situation of different crops in different growth stages, so as to improve the application efficiency of pesticide, reduce the environment pollution and promote a benign development of China’s agriculture.Combining with Jiangsu Science and Technology Support Program “Spray Boom Transformation Technique and Development of Multifunctional Pesticide Target Sprayer(BE2012383)”as well as Jiangsu Agricultural Machinery Three New Project “Development of Multifunctional Variable Spray Boom Smart Sprayer NJ2014-11”, the researches on multifunctional variable rate boom sprayer and its variable spray rate application control system were completed as follows:(1) The research and development of intelligent control system of multifunctional variable rate boom sprayer was completed, control and regulation of operating form and height of the machine was realized, accurate target pesticide application control circuit was designed, and the whole system was verified, which provided the basis for the research and development of intelligent variable rate pesticide supply system and control system in the sprayer.(2) Based on the analysis of the overall design ideas of variable rate spraying control system of variable rate spray boom sprayer, the pesticide supply system was studied, and its control system algorithm was determined through analysis and comparison.(3) A pesticide supply system was designed for variable spraying of variable rate spray boom sprayer, and the models of various main hydraulic components and detection devices in pesticide supply system were analyzed and determined according to the specific requirements of the variable rate boom sprayer.(4) According to the control requirements for variable spraying of variable rate spray boom sprayer, a control board for variable rate spraying system was designed based on detailed analysis of key circuits;the thoughts of designing and writing controlling software were elaborated, and the control program was designed in accordance with the thoughts.(5) A test platform for variable rate spraying system of variable rate spray boom sprayer was built.The relevant empirical data were acquired, then the data fitting was conducted by using BP neural network algorithm, and finally, the feasibility of the algorithm in variable rate spraying control system of variable rate spray boom sprayer was verified through comparison of BP neural network predicted results and test data. |
