| Precision agriculture is widely recognized as sustainable agriculture. In foreign countries, it has made remarkable economic and social benefits. Variable-rate spraying technology, as an important part of the precision agriculture technology system, is an effective way of solving many agricultural issues in China, such as the unreasonable input of pesticide, fertilizer, herbicides, etc., the low utilization of pesticide, and the environment pollution on agricultural ecosystem. This dissertation, which is based on the variable spraying technology from the key scientific and technological project of Shanghai Agriculture Science and Technology Commission, makes an intensive study of the variable-rate spraying control system.This dissertation is mainly concentrated on the following aspects: (1) According to the technical development needs of variable-rate spraying in the precision agriculture of our country, after analyzing the variable control principle of variable sprayer, considering the design requirements of the project the researcher put forward and developed the variable-rate spraying system program, which combined the speed sensor, flow sensor, system pressure sensor and electric / solenoid valve. (2)The researcher designed and analyzed the hardware of hydraulic circuit and control system, and carried out .(3)The researcher designed and developed the system-related software of upper and lower machine, which clipped and transplanted the embedded system of Windows XP Embedded. Based on this system, the researcher developed the control software of variable-rate spraying upper machine, and realized the automatic collection of sensor information and the PID control of the flow control valve.(4)The researcher set up the test bed and did the relevant experiments of variable-rate spraying.The research will lay a solid foundation for the research and development of the multi-function and low cost variable sprayer which meets the needs of domestic market and has the function of balanced variable-rate spraying, and provide technological support for the development of precision variable-rate spraying... |
