Drip irrigation technology is one of the most effective ways to solve the problem of field irrigation in arid and semi-arid areas currently.In the northwestern of china,such as Xinjiang,Qinghai,Gansu,Inner Mongolia and other irrigated agricultural areas,this districts have begun to use and promote.Drip irrigation technology can be widely used in field crops such as cotton,wheat,corn,pepper and other crops.However,the use of drip irrigation in the field with a one-time cannot be recycled,the use of the drip irrigation zone must be removed from the ground,and it will make influences if the drip irrigation in the field with a one-time left in the soil.It will further affect the growth of crops.At present,the main recovery mode of drip irrigation is artificial recovery.In order to solve the problem of mechanical recovery drip irrigation,this paper designs and manufactures 4DJ drip irrigation with recycling machine.4DJ drip irrigation with the main research contents are as follows:(1)After reading research paper,digging information and studying the current drip irrigation with the development of the status at home and abroad,combining with the crop cultivation model,this paper determines the design of the machine recycling methods:horizontal pumping.Through the study of the characteristics of the material in the drip irrigation zone,the maximum pulling force of the dry drip irrigation zone is 159.98 N.(2)4DJ type drip irrigation with the use of mechanical design and mechanical analysis of the design method,its suspension mechanism,transmission system,transverse pumping device,lifting device,collecting device,rack,ground wheel design and calculation,and it determines the operating parameters of each device.(3)4DJ type drip irrigation machine is used to build computer model;drawing of the whole machine which among the assembly and the part;The static analysis of the toothed belt and the rack is carried out,and the design is optimized to make the structure more reasonable;the design of the various parts of the manufacturing process by using the three-dimensional map and two-dimensional parts map,through the assembly process,it can create a 4DJ drip irrigation with a prototype.(4)Through the field test,the design of 4DJ type drip irrigation belt recycling machine is reasonable,and the operation speed of the machine is 2.5 km/h,with the chain speed 150r/min,pumping with roller speed of 420r/min,the recovery efficiency of 4DJ type drip irrigation tape recycling machine can reach 94.6%.It can be integrated in the field after the recovery,which is convenient for the subsequent drip irrigation belt loading and transportation.This study provides a new method for the mechanical recovery of drip irrigation belt inthe field.The results of this study can be used as reference for further improving the performance design of drip irrigation machine.
