In our country,agricultural promotion and the use of drip irrigation belt technology presents the increasing trend year by year,drip irrigation belt recycled after cleaning,crushing,granulation,add a small amount of new material which can produce reusable qualified drip irrigation belt,the realization of drip irrigation with repeated recycling.This method is not only the important measures to decrease the cost of drip irrigation technology,save resources,to protect the soil environment at the same time also has important ecological significance.Currently,drip irrigation belt is the main way of recycling,artificial labor intensity,bad working conditions,low efficiency,and high cost of recycling.Compared with mechanical recovery of drip irrigation with high efficiency,low cost,and recycling process time,is the surest way to solve the problem of the current irrigation recycling.Existing drip irrigation belt need more artificial recovery,low efficiency,high operating costs,not widely used in the production and meet the practical requirement of drip irrigation with recycling operations.Therefore,combining with the characteristics of Xinjiang planting patterns,design a kind of drip irrigation with recycling machine for cotton,wheat and other large areas of farmland irrigation with recovery operation,and will be chopped,drip irrigation belt for drip irrigation belt manufacturers processing,solve the artificial recovery labour shortages,the intensity of labor is big,efficiency is low.This article main research content is as follows:(1)Designed a new type of drip irrigation with recycling machine,and has carried on the system of the whole machine structure analysis;(2)Use Solid Works software to establish the structure of the machine model,and using SolidWorks Simulation static stress analysis was carried out on the key parts,determine the reasonable working parameters;(3)Combining with field experiment further verifies the drip with the performance of the recycling machine...
