Research On Management Of High Conserve Value Forest In San Menjiang Forestry Farm

The forest is the basis of sustainable development of human society, HCVFs is a forest area of one or more high protection value, has an important function of social and cultural functions and services to local residents living high ecological service function,special, is the basis for sustainable forest management, scientific and rational management of high conservation value forests profound. This paper takes Guangxi state owned San Menjiang forest farm (hereinafter referred to as the "San Menjiang Forest") as an example,in the FSC forest certification system of principles and standards, combined with the WWF(i.e., WWF) the relevant provisions on HCVFs as the theoretical basis, through access to San Menjiang Forest related policy documents and all kinds of thematic maps and other relevant information, using expert consultation, field investigation, questionnaire survey method, has carried on the following research:(1)FSC forest certification on forest management in three river forest farm;(2)Basic concepts and management theories of high conservation value forests;(3)Analysis and determination of the basic situation of high conservation value of forest resources in San Menjiang Forest;(4)Development status and existing problems of HCVFS in San Menjiang Forest;(5) Protection and management of the value of forest resources in San Menjiang Forest;The paper draws the following conclusions:(1) FSC principles and standards are the core foundation of the whole FSC system,and also the basic foundation and development core of FSC certification. To ensure the sustainable utilization of forest is one of the basic principles established by FSC in the sustainable forest management certification standards.(2) HCVFs is a forest area of one or more high protection value, has an important function of social and cultural functions and services to local residents living high ecological service function, special, is the basis for sustainable forest management,scientific and rational management of high conservation value forests profound.(3)The total area of forest protection to meet the high standard of value for protecting forest resources 444.2hm2, the biodiversity of forest landscape forest area area of 0.3 Hm2,398.5hm2, and other rare forest ecosystem area of 6.9hm2, the basic demand of forest area of 34.9hm2, the traditional culture of the forest area 3.6hm2.(4)The living environment of HCVFS debris serious phenomenon, because of human influence and destruction.(5) On the basis of the modern concept of sustainable development, combined with the adaptive and preventive management principle, the use of high value of the theory of sustainable development, conservation of biological diversity protection forest management theory, forest landscape ecological security pattern theory, put forward the corresponding protection and management countermeasures.
