Research On The Current Situation And Development Countermeasures Of The State-owned Forest Farm In Fengcheng

State-owned forestland is an important force of ecological restoration and construction in our country,and it is the most important infrastructure to maintain the national ecological security.Through the study of concrete forest field,it can provide the countermeasure suggestion for the macroscopic policy perfection.By means of descriptive statistical analysis and case analysis,this paper probes into the present situation,problems and causes of the development of the management of state-owned Forestland,and obtains the development countermeasure of the state-owned forest farm.The research shows that:First,the state-owned forestland system of our country has reformed many times with the development of economy and society.At present,state-owned forestland should adopt the state-led form of operation,pay attention to provide the ecological service product.Second,there are some differences in the management status and benefits of the five state-owned forestland,such as Tongyuanbao,Baoshan,Fengshan,Biangou and Saima in Fengcheng,Liaoning Province.Third,the main problems facing the development of Fengcheng's state-owned plantations are economic difficulties,inadequate management policies,an ageing population and inflexible operating mechanisms,namely,the prevalence of the existence of our state-owned plantationsBecause Fengcheng is a representative distribution area of state-owned forests in Liaoning Province,the research on the formation of the Fengcheng province has been found to be of corresponding significance for the reform of state-owned forestland in this province and northeast China.
