Investigation And Analysis Of Plant Landscape Of Three Universities In Qinhuangdao City

This paper has selected the Northeastern University at Qinhuangdao,east campus and west campus of Yanshan University,as well as the main campus,campus in development zone and Changli campus of Hebei Normal University of Science and Technology as the research objects.It conducts field investigation and analysis of plant species,ornamental features,seasonal characteristics structure,and plant landscape configuration in the six campuses.Besides,it analyzes the plants application along roads and in teaching district,students living area,public activity area,and sports area by case studying.The features of plant and landscape construction of Qinhuangdao college campuses are concluded,and the corresponding countermeasures for improvement and optimization are put forward.Therefore,this paper provides references and information for the construction of the campus landscape in Qinhuangdao.The results of this study are as follows:(1)In the scope of this investigation,there are 202 kinds of plants belonged to 60 families and 120 genera in three universities in Qinhuangdao,accounting for about77% of the landscape plants in Qinhuangdao.Among these plants,there are 90 kinds of timbers,7 kinds of shrubs,34 kinds of herbs and ground cover plants.Water lily is commonly used as the aquatic plant,while the phyllostachys propinqua is the most popular bamboo.The plant species that is applied mostly is rosaceae,followed by oleaceae,leguminosae,and caprifoliaceae in turn.According to the proportion of evergreen and deciduous plants,the application of evergreen plants is far less than that of deciduous plants.The number of the species of the timber,shrub and grass with over 80% application frequencies is as much as that of 50% to 80% application frequency.And the plant species is the most abundant in the frequency of 50%.(2)The main ornamental types of landscape plants in three universities are spring,summer and fall.The application of plant species used in different functional areas is also obviously different.In the public activity area,there are the most abundant plant species and the best landscape effect.The landscape in students ' living area indifferent campuses also varies a lot.It requires more efforts to strengthen the construction of the teaching area and students' living area.In the sport area,the plant configuration is simplex,and the ecological function is not obvious.On the basis of functions,the greening should show more campus features.(3)The optimization proposal for plant landscape of Qinhuangdao university campus is as follows: first,it can increase the richness of plant species,balance the application plant type in each functional area,strengthen the good performance of the plant in the region,and increase in winter landscape;then,the plant landscape configuration should be more diversified,forming a rich landscape level and good ornamental effect;finally,it is important to strengthen the campus plant maintenance management so as to play a better ecological effect.
