Blueberries are perennial shrubs of the genus Vaccinium(Vaccinium Spp)and Rhododendron(Ericaceae). The fruit is blue small berries, with high nutritional value and health effects. In the south of China, blueberry cultivation started late, and the production of soil water and fertilizer management was extensive, which was far away from high yield, high quality and environmental protection. Therefore, the application of plant-based green amino acid technology is of great significance. In this study, four treatments were used to set the levels of TX,T1,T2,T3,TY,T4,T5 and control CK in 4-year-old 'brilliant' blueberries. The aim of this study was to study the effects of different concentrations of exogenous amino acids, specific additives, exogenous amino acids and specific additives on the growth, development and partial disease resistance of blueberry. At the same time, the key factors affecting the yield and quality of fruit and the comprehensive performance of fruit yield and quality under different treatments were obtained. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Compared with the control group, the suitable concentration of exogenous amino acid spraying significantly promoted the growth and development of blueberry. At the early flowering stage, spraying 8000 times dilution, flower branch length increased by 7.2%,branch flower rate decreased by 18.8%,leaf net photosynthetic rate increased by 47.5%,pollen amount increased by 15.6%,pollen vigor increased by 51.4%,stigma receptivity increased by 38.1%;Young fruit period, fruit colour changed stage to ripe stag.e spraying 6000 times dilution, the branch length increased by 10.3%,the branch diameter increased 29.2%,branches drop rate decreased by 30.1%,net photosynthetic rate increased by 45.2%,average fruit weight increased by 9.4%,the yield increased 47.1%,the fruit is neat, the content of vitamin E increased by 25.3%,the content of fructose and glucose increased by 34.2%,the content of reducing sugar increased by 25.6%,the total acid content decreased by 12.7%,and the storage of fruit increased by 7.9%.(2)High concentration of exogenous amino acid spray significantly inhibited the growth and development of blueberries compared with the control group. In the early flowering stage, the mid-flowering stage sprayed 4000 times dilution solution significantly inhibited the growth of flowering branches, increased the rate of branches falling, reduced the photosynthetic capacity of leaves, reduced pollen quantity, reduced pollen viability and stigma;Young fruit period, fruit colour changed stage to ripe stage spraying 2000 times dilution, significantly inhibited shoot growth and increase the results and reduce the drop rate of shoot leaf photosynthetic capacity, reduce the yield and quality of fruit.(3)Low concentration of exogenous amino acid spraying had no significant effect on the growth and development of blueberry compared with the control group. At the early flowering stage, spraying 12000 times dilution, young fruit period, fruit colour changed stage to ripe stage spraying 10000 times dilution had no obvious effect on the flowering and fruiting branches of blueberry, leaf, flower and fruit growth and development.(4)The sensitivity of different organs to different concentrations of exogenous amino acids was different.Compared with the branches, the leaves and flowers were more sensitive, and the lower concentration of exogenous amino acids also had a significant effect.(5)Additive spraying alone affects the hormone content of leaves and flowers of blueberry.(6)The optimum concentration of exogenous amino acids and additives is the best.Compared with the appropriate concentration of exogenous amino acids sprayed, the initial flowering, flowering spray 8000 times the amino acid and additives mixed dilution, flowering branches increased 2.25cm,sticks increased 1.07mm,branches falling rate decreased 5.4%Increased by 0.015g,increased CTK of 4.99ng/g,GA increased by 6.61ng/g,increased chlorophyll content by 0.29mg/g,flower diameter increased by 0.1mm,flower IAAincreased by 53.1ng/g,GAincreased by 8.91ng/G,flower IAA/CTK value increased by 12.3;Young fruit period, fruit color change stage to complete ripe stage mixed dilution spraying 6000 times amino acid and additive, leaf fruit ratio increased 0.42,drop rate decreased by 6%,average fruit weight increased 0.18g,the vitamin C content increased the total acid content of 1.7mg/100g and the reduction of 0.13g/100g.(7)The effects of different concentrations of exogenous amino acids and appropriate concentration of exogenous amino acids and additives on the resistance to Botrytis cinerea and red leaf disease were obvious.Compared with the control group, the incidence rate of Botrytis cinerea was decreased by 75.6%;With the appropriate concentration of exogenous amino acids and additives, the incidence of Botrytis cinerea was reduced by 45%;The prevalence of Botrytis cinerea was decreased by 32%;At the early flowering stage, spraying 6000 times amino acid dilution, aggravate the condition of Botrytis cinerea. The appropriate concentration of exogenous amino acids and additives and spraying with appropriate concentration of exogenous amino acids to enhance resistance to red leaf disease, high resistance;High concentrations of exogenous amino acids to reduce the resistance to the disease.(8)The key factors affecting the yield and quality of fruit were growth factors, flowering leaf hormone, flower hormone, flower disease and leaf disease.(9)The appropriate concentration of exogenous amino acids and comprehensive performance additives applied with suitable concentration and spraying exogenous amino acids significantly increased fruit yield and quality, high concentration of exogenous amino acids were significantly decreased fruit comprehensive performance. The comprehensive performance of the fruit from good to bad order,T4?T2>T3>TY?CK-T?T5>TX.
