In order to study different matrix and pH how effect the growth and development of blueberry,provide reference for high yield and high quality cultivation,in this study,'Misty' was used as test material,set four different matrix formulation ABCD(A:treatment:garden soil:Pine soil:organic fertilizer =2:1:1;B:garden soil:peat soil:organic fertilizer = 2:1:1;C:garden soil:turfy soil:organic fertilizer =2:1:1;D:garden soil:organic fertilizer =3:1);study effects of different matrix treatments on the growth,development and fruit quality of pot experiment blueberry;analysis the relationship between soil nutrients content,the changes of leaf mineral element content and the mineral elements in leaves and plant growth and development.Study the effect of different matrix on iron deficiency and the effect of spraying ferrous sulfate.At the same time,the effects of leaf chlorophyll fluorescence,root development and plant growth were studied by hydroponic culture under different pH stress.Research indicates:1.The pH values of the four matrix formulations were:6.913,7.32,6.953,7.465,organic matter content were 16.457g/kg,16.096g/kg,11.086g/kg,10.509g/kg.After adding the same amount of sulfur powder(17.69g),the pH values were 5.987,6.167,5.88,and 6.63.The content of organic matter was 90.661g/kg,69.665g/kg,90.366g/kg,57.299g/kg.The addition of peat and coconut chaff in the matrix has a certain effect on the decrease of soil pH and the increase of organic matter content.Pine needles soil has a good effect on reducing soil pH and improving soil organic matter.Overall,the matrix A is the best growth medium for the growth and development of the 'Misty' blueberry.2.With the decrease of soil pH value(from 7.465 to 5.537),N content and K content increased first and then decreased,P content and Cu content increased,Ca content,Mg content and Zn content decreased significantly.The content of N,Ca,Mg and Zn increased first and then decreased with the decrease of soil pH,and the content of P increased,K content and Cu content decreased.3.In the 'Misty' blueberry growth period,A,B,and C matrix(height:69.5cm-69.875cm,width:49cm-59.38cm,diameter:6.28mm-6.89mm)plant growth were stronger than those of the D matrix(height:56cm,width:48.67cm,diameter:5.01);A matrix had the highest height,B and C matrix had maximum crown width,B matrix had maximum diameter.4.Matrix C blueberry fruit is the largest;(dry weight:0.17g,weight:1.28g,width:11.94mm,vertical diameter:9.7mm);the fuit quality of matrix A was the best,the content of titratable acid(3.89%)was small,the content of Soluble solids(11.5%)and Vc(0.72%)was the highest.Matrix B flowers and fruit were most.The substrate C blueberry fruit was larger,and A matrix blueberry fruit is of good quality,and the content of soluble solid and Vc is high.5.The soil pH value(7.21)of matrix D was highest,content of Fe(89.5mg/kg)was lower,leaf(fresh weight:1.165mg,weight:0.433mg,length:2.6cm,width:1.96cm minimum)was the smallest,plant short and serious iron deficiency;the soil pH value(6.4)of matrix B was the lowest,the content of Fe(156.47mg/kg)was the highest,leaf(fresh weight:1.98mg,dry weight:0.68mg length:4.35cm,width2.81cm)was the largest,the plant growth was normal and the iron deficiency was mild.The higher the pH value of the soil,the more prone to iron deficiency and lost green.6.Spraying 0.1%ferrous sulfate,while with 900 times ferrous sulfate leaching three times,the leaf Fe content can up 66.28mg/kg,can effectively alleviate the blueberries iron deficiency symptoms.7.PH3.5 Hydroponics treatment of 'Misty' Blueberry can produce new leaves,new roots.PH4.0-pH4.5 treatment of the growth and development normally,resulting in new roots,no new leaves.PH5.0-pH7.0 treated non-new leaves,resulting in new roots,old leaves off The chlorophyll fluorescence data at each pH showed that the pH 4.0 treated 'Misty'blueberry plant was the most lightly stressed,and with the increase or decrease of pH value,the blueberry was seriously affected by acid and alkali stress.
