The Study On Selection Of Plan,Intraoperative Monitoring And Solution Method In Canine Inhalation Anesthesia

The Plan selection of inhalation anesthesia means selection of anesthesia process,which includes preanesthetic medication,intravenous anesthesia induction,inhalation anesthesia,recovery from anesthesia and postoperative pain management.Nowadays isoflurane is used as the common inhalation anesthetics in small animal clinic of our country,preanesthetic medication and intravenous anesthesia induction become the important steps in anesthesia process.Preanesthetic medication means management of the drugs to be used before induction,mainly including associated use of sedatives,analgesics and anticholinergic agents.Intraoperative monitoring technique consists of subjective monitoring and objective monitoring.Subjective monitoring is obtained by the senses of sight,touch and hearing of the analgesist to evaluate the important indexes.Objective monitoring is obtained by application of equippments to evaluate the important indexes.The overall goal of anesthetic monitoring is to guarantee moderate tissue blood perfusion,make smooth and quick recovery and minimize pain during preoperative period.With the growing level of life,the number of raised old dogs goes up,selection of suitable anesthesia plan,intraoperative monitoring and timely,effective measurement when abnormal conditions occur could provide better safety and operable space for small animal surgery.184 clinical cases of canine inhalation anesthesia were selected in Jilin university animal hospital during a period of march,2015 to February,2017.Basic information of the canine patients,anesthesia plans,each index of intraoperative monitoring and the abnormal conditions,corresponding measurements during this procedure and its prognosis were recorded in detail.Through the general analysis of the clinical data and further training and development of anesthetic knowledge,the key indexes of intraoperative monitoring,its high-incidence reason and effective measurements aimed at various anesthesia plans suitable for different animal bodies were summarized in small animal clinical anesthesia work.Practice prove: Selection of appropriate anesthesia plans based on animal ASA classification is a key step in the success of anesthesia,such as: midazolam can provide adequate sedation for weak and aged dogs,when no sedative and analgesic agent is used,the use of Zoletil is more suitable than propofol to Gastric Dilatation,severe uterine pus and other disease influced to the respiratory system,it is difficult to provide adequate analgesia by Injecting butorphanol only once for complex orthopedic surgery,the effect would be better if you have the condition to use hydromorphone or fentanyl.The most common intraoperative abnormality include low oxygen,low blood pressure,low body temperature and ventilation abnormalities,followed by abnormalities in heart rate.The effective measurements are mainly to adjust the depth of anesthesia,give relative drugs,assist ventilation,keep warm and correct primary factors.
