The clinical anesthesia used the diazepam -propofol to induce the anesthesia of small canine, to explore the influences carried on the various physiological functions in the process of anesthesia that put on small canine, and screen the proper and reasonable collocation dose of diazepam -propofol to have an anesthesia, and to perfect small canine-induced or short-acting anesthetic method.First of all, this paper made feasibility analysis on the anesthesia effect which put on the experimental rabbits by using the diazepam-propofol.To select different ration of diazepam-propofol and then made an anaesthesia on experimental rabbits. Results showed that the time of rabbits’ being awake and anesthesiaed is significantly longer than the time of propofol alone anesthesia when taking the 0.4 mg/kg of diazepam-propofol anesthesia, and the combined anesthesia of diazepam-propofol have a cooperative effect. It has taken different doses of propofol and diazepam-propofol to make an induced anesthesia on small canine, and compared some matters in terms of its the clinical anesthesia effect that before and after giving the medicine, biological reflex, respiratory and circulatory system, electrolyte indicators, the changes of biochemical index. It turned out that it would have the best induced anesthesia effect with a 0.4 mg/kg of diazepam-propofol.On the basis of the above results, compared the small canine’ anesthesia effect of a 0.4 mg/kg diazepam-3.5 mg/kg propofol anesthesia induction and a continuous intravenous infusion of 0.4 mg/(kg/min)-propofol, and researched each index of testing the before and after anesthesia at the same time, the results showed that the dose can be a stable induction of anesthesia and to maintain anesthesia with propofol which has few negative effects on the bodies of the small canine and can satisfy the needs of clinical anesthesia.
