| In view of the problems of poor operating efficiency and poor working quality,such as the tearing of film, in this present paper,a special designed transplanting device is proposed. Through simulation analysis, the mathmetical model is built and relationship between planting trajectory and main connectting rod is obtained. An parameter adjustable experimental device is created by 3d modeling and design optimization. Various experiments have been conducted under different length of connecting rod. In this paper, the main work and conclusions are as follows:(1)The transplanting device is completed based on the demand analysis and various scheme comparison, and thus the key parts design scheme is determined. The double crank cradle device is pushed backward through the rotation of the crank, at the same time, the swing of the cradle determines the form of the duckbill, realizing the improvement of planting quality and work efficiency. Through this process, the graving time is decreased, advancing velocity is increased, while the quality is guaranteed.(2)The structure of the3 d model is done and virtual assembly inspection as well as the skeleton model are completed by the virture of Pro/E software. The length of main parts are initially identified. At the same time, the assemblability is inspected.(3)Through the analysis of moving device obatined by the simulation of planting point of transplanting device. The simulation results of the static trajectory show that movement of the lowering device can move as original design philosophy, the lowering device can keep an almost 90 upright degree relative to level surface. Through the analysis of the moving trajectory,the proposed theory is proven to be correct; In order to further show the correctness of the trasplanting 3d model, the designed device is imported into the Adams to studied in detail. The results show that the height of the trajectory is 25 cm, planting space is 35 cm. planting depth is 10 cm, achieving superior “Yâ€trajectory.(4)According to the experimental results:the minimum and maximum time reduction ratio is 4.82% and 11.3% respectively and the average time reduction is 8.25% shows that the speeder can reduce the time underground the ducktill significantly.(5)Through the adjustable connecting rod length planting device, the relating parameters of planting device is determined and various experiments have been conducted to obtain the moving trajectory of the planting point and thus the relative optimal combination parameters is obtained: parallel bar length is 495 mm, front connecting rod is 220 mm while the upper connecting rod is 370 mm.(6)The parametric design system of ducktill is completed based on the combined techniques of Visual Studio and ProToolkit. 3d model and two-dimensional engineering drawing is obtained under different parameter combination.(7)The prototype is completed occording to the design drawings,and the experiment have been conducted to monitor the performance of the transplanting device. The high speed photography and experimental results the average diameter of film tearing is 49 mm, under the advancing velocity between 1.5km/h-1.9km/h. the agricultural requirement is met.Thus this research proved to be applicable for product design. |
