As people demand for blueberry fruit increased, promoted the rapid development of the blueberry industry. But as a result of the blueberry fruit picking efficiency is low, mainly rely on manual for picking, loss rate is high, lead to the development of blueberry industry in China is slow. Although the United States and other countries has been designed and manufactured with complete blueberry picking machine, the picking of high efficiency and high automation. But import foreign big machines cost high, and the size is not suitable for the growing demand of our country. Therefore developed for blueberry plant growth environment in our country and the characteristics of the blueberry picking machine is around the corner, so as to accelerate the development of blueberry picking machine, mechanization degree shorten the gap with developed countries.Blueberry picking technology at home and abroad by learning the related knowledge, this paper determine the overall scheme of blueberry picking machine, and by using3d software SolidWorks to virtual prototype design of blueberry picking machine, establish a three-dimensional model of blueberry picking machine. In this paper, design of blueberry picking machine including frame, picking parts, collecting plate, conveyor belt, traction and boxes. Blueberry picking machine to complete the process of picking assignment is to rely on picking parts of vertical reciprocating motion, picking parts by vibration flap of the blueberry plant, complete blueberry fruit picking.By using ANSYS finite element software frame of blueberry picking machine full load bending condition of statics analysis, analysis of its structure and the rationality of the selected material. A dynamic simulation based on ADMAS picking parts, it is concluded that the CAM rotation speed and picking force, by adjusting the CAM rotation frequency makes the blueberry fruit picking the best ideal effect. Therefore, under the simulation to get the best frequency of blueberry fruit picking, can realize the blueberry fruit picking, without damaging the blueberry plants, thus for blueberry picking machine play the best efficacy provide a good guarantee.
