The land conservation and intensive use of the first soil nutrient management and fertilization, contribute to agricultural development. It is also a basis for scientific management of soil nutrients and effective, accurate and reasonable fertilization(Liu Xingmei,2003),which can be used to understand the spatial heterogeneity of soil nutrients and to understand the distribution of nutrients in order to carry out more qualitative and quantitative analysis.Soil organic matter and available trace elements are important indicators of soil fertility.Soil organic matter and trace elements in agricultural production are important limiting factors for agricultural production and quality. In this study, the spatial distribution characteristics and variation regularity of soil organic matter and available trace elements in Wendeng district of Weihai were studied by combining traditional statistics, geostatistics and GIS application method. The soil nutrient status and related effects were analyzed preliminarily Factor and discusses the basis of nutrient zoning management and rational fertilization,The main contents and results are as follows:(1)On the Wendeng District in 2010,1300 soil sampling points for the collection of laboratory tests and general descriptive statistics,The results show,Organic matter and effective trace elements are consistent with the normal distribution,SOM content of the average of 10.48 g / kg;The average iron content was 42.62 mg / kg;The average manganese content was 39.95 mg / kg;The average value of available copper is 3.36 mg / kg;The average zinc content is 2.22 mg / kg;The average boron content is 0.27 mg / kg.From the average point of view,Soil organic matter content in the middle and lower range(10.0 ~ 20.0 g / kg),the active boron is in a lack of state(0.2 to 0.5 mg / kg),the active zinc is in the rich area(1.0 ~ 3.0 mg / kg).The effective iron, available manganese and available copper in the remaining elements exceed the highest critical value, especially the effective manganese is far beyond the critical value(> 30 mg / kg).The effective iron, manganese, copper, zinc, respectively, more than 4 times the appropriate value,2.5 times,3 times,2 times. In addition, soil organic matter and five soil available trace elements in the coefficient of variation between 15.74%-66.67%,we can see that the degree of moderate variation.(2)In the GS + 7.0 semi-variance analysis software analysis,in addition to the effective iron is pure gold effect, the soil organic matter is the best fit model for the spherical model, the effective state of manganese, the effective state of copper, the effective zinc are the exponential model, the effective boron for the Gaussian model.Soil organic matter is larger, soil organic matter is second, and the other four kinds of trace elements have smaller gold value, which indicates that the error caused by variation analysis in the minimum interval is small. The ratio of the gold value to the abutment of the soil is equal to 1,which is a pure gold effect and has a constant variation over the whole scale. The ratio of soil organic matter and available boron in the tillage layer is larger than that of the abutment value, and the spatial correlation is weak, and the man-made activities such as farming system and fertilization condition have a great influence on the distribution. The soil availability of soil available manganese, available copper and available zinc is relatively small, indicating that the spatial correlation is strong, indicating that the main influencing factors of spatial variability are structural factors in the study area. From the point of view, the variation of the different elements is very different, the maximum change is the effective manganese,1021m;the minimum is the effective copper,275m;effective zinc, available copper,Between 200 m and 400 m,the influence range is small and the spatial autocorrelation distance is small.(3)According to the common Kriging interpolation method of soil organic matter and five effective trace elements of the spatial distribution map,we can see,There is no obvious distribution law of soil available zinc, and the distribution is more fine.Soil organic matter and available iron were stripe-like distribution. The soil available manganese, copper and boron were patchy. In addition to the soil available iron, there was only one partition.Soil organic matter and other four active trace elements were divided into two Area.(4)The results showed that the soil pH,slope, land use type, soil type and soil texture had different effects on the availability of organic matter and trace elements, and the soil samples were analyzed.Land use type, the change in the performance of vegetable> orchard> farmland> herbs; In the distribution of soil pH,the content of organic matter in neutral soil was the highest, followed by weak acidity and strong acidity. In different soil texture, the change of soil organic matter was the middle soil> light soil> sandy soil> sand, followed by loam> sandy soil> sand law;In the slope analysis, the content of soil organic matter is the highest in the range of 3 ° ? 15 °,then the range of ? 3 °,and the range of ? 15 ° is not increased gradually with the decrease of slope, which is influenced by human factors. In the soil type, the organic matter in the brown soil is the most abundant, followed by the fluvo-aquic soil, the coarse soil, the rocky soil and the sandy soil.In the analysis of five kinds of soil available trace elements, the effective zinc and available boron were the least affected by different factors. The effective zinc was affected by soil type, utilization type, effective boron slope, soil type, utilization type The effect of active manganese on soil pH,slope, and soil type is opposite to that of other trace elements. For the effective iron, the other four factors have different effects on the available iron.
