Soil organic matter, total nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium is an important component of the soil nutrients, but also an important indicator of soil fertility and soil quality evaluation. Under a certain water, fertilizer, gas and heat conditions, soil of the four kinds of material content is higher, marking the higher soil fertility and soil quality, decrease of their content will directly lead to the decline in soil fertility and the decrease in soil quality, thereby reducing the ecosystem productivity. So to reveal the soil organic matter, total nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium content change spatial variability can provide guidance for the evaluation of soil fertility and management,is the precondition of the realization of cultivated land resource sustainable utilization and sustainable development of the region. To correctly evaluate the whole area of soil fertility status, only through the scientific sampling techniques, with statistical methods of soil samples from various nutrient test value of statistics to estimate population(that is,the whole region) of soil fertility. This article is in Wendeng City,Shandong Province,as a typical study area, topsoil soil organic matter, total N,available phosphorus, available potassium as the research object, use of statistical analysis module of Kriging analysis of spatial variability of Wendeng City topsoil soil organic matter, total nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium, and compared to select the optimal Kriging interpolation model, analyzing the different terrain conditions and different land use and soil type, four kinds of soil nutrient content characteristics, and interaction of topography and land use on soil nutrient status. The main results are as follows:(1)This paper analysis the content of organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in soil in Wendeng City space distribution, the descriptive statistics of the study area 1616 surface soil samples in four kinds of nutrient(organic matter, total nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium) analysis result showed that the organic matter in the Camden is the mean 10.48g/kg, total nitrogen 0.97g/kg, available phosphorus 0.89g/kgeffectively potassium 24.97g/kg.From four kinds of soil nutrient spatial distribution chart: the organic matter content of the medium to high and distribution of flaky meet distribution;Northeast of total nitrogen content higher than southwest, on the whole is patchily distributed;available phosphorus content is higher, the concentration distribution;available potassium affected by the location, table emerged from west to East a rapid increase in the trend.(2)This study compared process analysis of Kriging optimal model of soil organic matter, total nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium. Then through the semi variogram analysis, found in a certain range of 4 kinds of soil nutrients are spatial correlation, which spatial correlation of available phosphorus is very weak, greatly influenced by random factors;soil organic matter, total nitrogen and available potassium of nugget effect cloth has a moderate spatial correlation. Among them, total nitrogen dominated by human factors;organic matter and available K gold by structural factors dominated.(3)In the topography, soil types and different land use modes and four kinds of soil nutrient relations, two aspects of research: first,to study the different land use, slope, altitude, soil type level of soil nutrients spatial distribution, and soil nutrient content change trend.Second,in the SPSS software using Pearson correlation coefficient, soil type on soil organic matter, total nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium spatial variation, correlation research and land use and topography factor interaction on the correlation between distribution of 4 kinds of soil nutrient content.
