During the period of the Twelfth Five Year Plan,the annual "No.1 Central Document"released by our country stressing on the support of agricultural industrialization,whose key direction is aquaculture.With the rapid development of the facilities in fish breeding indus-try,advanced water quality monitoring technology has played a very important role for scientific farming and reasonable regulation of water quality.The traditional water quality monitoring technology has many shortcomings like long time wasting,low accuracy,effort consuming,and it can’t meet the requirements of modern aquaculture.Aquaculture pursuits high yield and high quality.Not only the survival rate of fish should be ensured,but also that it can’t waste resource and pollute environment.In this paper,a set of key parameter monitoring system is studied and designed for a certain type of fish pond,which can meet the requirements above.The monitoring system takes PC and STM32F103VET6 MCU as the control core,and the digital pH sensor,dissolved oxygen sensor,ammonia sensors are the sampling units.The integrated data acquisition,the liquid crystal display and the sound and light alarm system constitute the lower position machine.A plurality of slave connected into the net-work through the RS-485 bus.Then remote transmission is made through RS-485 two-way optical fiber adapter.Greatly extend of transmission distance is made though this kind of data transmission.PC is responsible for controlling the data of each point of the lower computer,and sort the measurement results.After that a real-time curve is displayed on the main interface of the PC.With the use of GSM wireless information publishing technology,real-time information is published according to the aquatic breeding monitoring process.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.Determine the overall design scheme of the system.Including system structure de-sign,function design,communication technology design,hardware and software of upper computer and lower computer design.2.Hardware system design.Including hardware overall structure design,sensor circuit design,sensor and microcontroller interface circuit design,LCD liquid crystal display cir-cuit design,GSM design,etc..3.Software system design.The lower computer program design,the main interface design,data acquisition design,display design,etc..4.Communication module design.Serial communication design,GSM network pro-tocol model,principle of SMS module transmission,wireless transmission design.This system is the combination of the single chip computer,sensor,communication and computer technology.Combining the method of multi-point collection of water quality parameter sensor with GSM wireless information releasing together.A fast build and actual testing system is proposed in the text.After actual operation,the system has the characteris-tics of low cost,high reliability,strong anti-interference,real-time,low power consumption and so on.
