| At present, water and soil erosion has been one of most serious environmental problems in the world. To study, monitor and prevent the water loss and soil erosion, the study of slope runoff needs to be strengthened. So the requirement of runoff’s sampling technology becomes higher. With the widely application of the single-chip microcomputer technology, we can fully exert its advantage. Through the modular design, the powerful automatic sampling instrument can be developed to improve the sampling efficiency and reduce the labor intensity. The main content of paper is as follows:(1) The present sampling method of slope runoff and development status of sampling equipment are Analyzed. Then the paper’s research content is put forward. A sampling system of automatic sampling based on the flow is designed to change the traditional manual sampling way.(2) Sampling system is overall planed and designed and the design scheme of this paper is put forward. According to the design scheme, the idea of modular design is applied, and through the modular design each function module of hardware selection and software development work are completed.(3) Mechanical structural design of the sampling instrument is conducted. And the ultrasonic open channel flow meter and water collector are mainly completed. Through the reasonable mechanical structure design, the sampling system runs stably, the production cost of the whole system is reduced and the use of the instrument performance is improved. Particularly it’s convenient to store the sampling bottles.(4) The ultrasonic open channel flow meter artificial calibration test is completed. The value of the flow coefficient is confirmed by the test. And automatic sampling test is conducted by making the use of discharge coefficient. Also the contrast between artificial sampling data and automatic sampling data is completed. Finally the rationality of the system is verified by the error analysis.(5) The research content and innovation points are summarized. And the expectations of future research direction and content are presented.In conclusion, we proposed a new research project, on the basis of analyzing sampling method and advantages and disadvantages of measuring instruments. In order to replace the manual measurement, we developed an automatic sampling system based on the size of flow. Finally, in order to realize information, intelligence and automation of slope runoff sampling, we designed a new sampling instrument on the basis of advantages and disadvantages of measuring instruments. |
