Planting is a key link in agricultural production,and the development of sowing machinery play a great role in agricultural mechanization process.As the core parts of the machine,seed-metering device is the main factor of seeder characteristics and work performance.With the continuous development of planting technology,agricultural production on the performance put forward higher requirements.Generally,the performance of the seed-metering device testing mainly uses the method of field trials,making the needed to detect the seed-metering device installed seeding machinery on the field test.But,this method is not only a waste of time efficiency,but also very easily influenced by environment.With the development of electronic technology,seeding performance test rig should be application for testing device performance platform.But,at present,the seeding performance test rig mostly only for oil type conveyor belt more,each time only one experiment,oil and seeds used in the experiment can't recycle reuse,caused serious waste.In the pursuit of high efficiency and precise planting operation,motor as a new type of power supply is widely used.At present,the successful development of seed-metering performance test-bed mostly ignore metering device of motor testing.But,as driving device during the power source of the work,the working performance of the motor must be stable and reliable.This needs to establish a set of motor torque and power of detection system,make performance evaluation.In order to can be rapid and accurate detection performance of metering,the improvement of the performance test rig is very necessary.This topic mainly through analysis of preliminarily established the metering performance test rig in the laboratory,and combining the current research status both at home and abroad,design and complete perfectly the control system of metering performance test rig and its monitoring system,specific work content is as follows:(1)Detailed analysis of present situation of the metering performance test-bed both of domestic and foreign,has carried on the design of test-bed control system and its detection system.(2)According to the working principle and technical index of metering device performance test,requirements of the control system are analyzed.The PC is presented in this configuration control,PLC,frequency converter technology for the design and optimization of the system.(3)According to the requirement of motor,this issue designed the rows of motor shaft torque and power detection system for the selection of motor to provide the basis.(4)In order to meet the demands of precision seeding detection,this issue completed on the basis of the industrial camera,Demo software as the control of the image acquisition system and makes a preliminary debugging.(5)Completed the preliminary debugging test bench control system and the control unit test verification,the parameters of the system were fixed by testing.Field test proved that this topic designed by metering performance test rig can be very good detection performance,meeting the requirements of the metering device performance testing.
