The potato is China's fourth largest food crops,with strong adaptability and high yield advantages.As the potato seed using tuber breeding with high moisture content,in arid areas can also ensure that the germination rate.China's potato planting area ranks first in the world,while the potato yield is behind the world average of 18.5%.The causes of this problem is that most of the potato cultivation methods is artificial cultivation in China.This method can't guaranteed the spacing,thus affecting potato yield.There is a problem that the existing potato seeder has a high repetition rate,a low leakage rate and a large coefficient of variation.In view of the above problems,a spoon-type potato seeding device was designed.In order to study its seed performance,build a seed test stand.The replicating rate,missing rate and variation coefficient of plant spacing were used as evaluation indexes,the seedling speed,seeding position,seed height and seed shape were tested,study its removal performance.Paper main research works are:(1)The material properties of potato seed potato were studied.Mainly include: a variety of potato seed tuber circular shape accounted for 20%,accounting for 56% of the oval seed potato strip,accounted for 23%,long strip seed accounted for 1%;the average length,width and thickness are respectively 46 mm,35mm,29mm;the average seed quality for 38g;potato volume density is 649.14kg/m3,the true density is 1201.87kg/m3;seed surface friction angle is 36.2 degrees,the skin friction angle of 32.5 degrees,30.8 degrees angle of repose.(2)By consulting the relevant literature and referring to the corresponding technical scheme,this paper designs a kind of spoon type potato seed metering test bench.The test bed uses the relative motion between the seed bed belt and the table seed metering device to simulate the sowing work.The test bench is mainly composed of a seed bed belt and a belt spoon type potato seed metering device,and the seed metering device mainly comprises a main and a right belt pulley,a seeding belt,a tensionin g device,a spoon,a mechanical vibration seed clearing device,a seed box,etc..(3)Based on SolidWorks,the 3D modeling,the virtual assembly and interference inspection of the seed metering device are completed.The working process of the seed metering device was analyzed,and the factors influencing the performance of the seed metering device with a spoon and a spoon were determined.A spoon-type potato seed metering test bench was set up.(4)By seeding belt line speed and the cleaning handle position,seeding height,seed shape as experiment factors,in order to replay rate,leakage sowing rate,coefficient of variation of row spacing as evaluation index of single factor test,the metering device structure parameters,working parameters effect on the metering performance.In order to explore the interaction of various factors,Design-Expert software was used to design the four factor and three level Box-Behnken test,and the data were analyzed.The multi-objective optimization method is used to optimize the model,and the optimal combination of the factors satisfying the response function is obtained.When the seeding belt line speed is 0.23m/s,a clear handle position in the middle position,seeding height is 9cm,seed selection of oval seed,can obt ain the replay rate is 10.11%,the leakage sowing rate was 6.48%,coefficient of variation of row spacing as optimal conditions 19.61%.
