| Seed-metering device is the core component of no-tillage planter,its filling, cleaning, join, seedingperformance directly affects the no-tillage sowing the the precision and the speed of seeding.,so, theperformance of seed-metering device quality directly affects the performance of no-tillage planter quality.A good performance of a seed-metering devices, can not only guarantee a high seeding qualified rate, andalso can improve work efficiency, save time and cost.The ware which is dibbled in the seeds to half smart volume in spoons for getting seeds we reseachedis simple,low cost, and easy to manufacture. But the broken rate and replay rate of the seed-metering deviceis higher, this article in view of the structural parameters and kinematic parameters of the ware which isdibbled in the seeds to half smart volume in spoons for getting seeds to improve the metering performance.In this paper, we analyzed and summarized the status of reseaching at home and abroad of theno-tillage planters and seed-metering devices,reseached seeding principle of the the ware which is dibbledin the seeds to half smart volume in spoons for getting seeds. On this basis, we put forward the factors(revolving speedã€opening sizes of the seed inletã€angle of baffles and dynamic plate thickness)whichaffect the metering performance. Established a three-dimensional model of seed-metering device, simulatedand anysised disk rotating speed of satisfactory dynamic,finally got dynamic disk speed limit at620°/s to660°/s when metering device work properly.This paper carried out single factor experiment based on re–seeding rateã€missing seed rateã€crashedrate as metering device bench test of the test index and revolving speedã€opening sizes of the seed inletã€angle of baffles and dynamic plate thickness as test factors,confirmed three factors’ specific impact on theperformance of seed metering device.We got the parameter value scope of three factors: revolving speed50-74r/min, opening sizes of the seed inlet9-12mm,ã€angle of baffles40-60°. We carried out theorthogonal test of the influence factors of seed metering device performance by orthogonal experimentdesign method. The test got the primary and secondary factors——opening sizes of the seed inletã€revolving speedã€angle of baffles about the influence of test performance of the seed-metering device.Meanwhile got normal work more optimal structure parameters and the movement parameters combination——opening sizes of the seed inlet10mmã€revolving speed58r/minã€angle of baffles12°of theseed-metering device. |
