Platelet-rich fibrin(PRF)is a new type of platelet-rich gel,which has similar process to thrombin in animals and can be made by simple centrifugation.PRF can promote the healing and development of varies of soft and hard tissues,and has the ability of anti-infection.Test Ⅰ The count determination of composition in platelet-rich gel and the observation of ultrastructure in PRFThis study select some dogs for experiment,and prepare platelet-rich plasma(PRP)and platelet-rich fibrin(PRF)respectively.Comparing the difference between the cell composition of PRP and PRF by determine the concentration of the hematological composition.Then we evaluation the characteristic of morphology of the PRF by observation of histology,scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope in PRF samples.The results:the three-dimensional morphological structure inPRF and intact a-granules in platelets decide the exertion of the effect of the PRF,and are the base of relatively prolonged growth factor function.Test Ⅱ Evaluation of the recovery effect of canine pleura tissue by self-platelet-rich fibrinIn animal clinic,some complication due to incomplete repaired pleura would be happened after pleura and lung surgery.Platelet-rich fibrin(PRF)technology is new,simple and cheap,which has been proven with wonderful recovery effect for many soft and hard tissues.This study is aimed at proving the recovery effect of pleura tissue by PRF.We make the clinical model and analysis the effect of PRF through hematological and histological evaluation.At the same time,we analysis the side effect of PRF through histological measurement.The result show:PRF has a effect in pleura recovery,while PRF has a effect in promoting the fibrosis of pleura.Tset Ⅲ Evaluation of the recovery effect of canine skin tissue by self-platelet-rich plasmaIn animal clinic,we wound often meet skin wound caused by varies of reasons.Platelet-rich fibrin(PRF)technology is a new technology,which has wonderful recovery effect for many soft and hard tissues.This study is aimed at proving the recovery effect of skin tissue by PRF.We make the clinical model and analysis the effect of PRF through clinical observation,hematological and histological evaluation to estimate the accelerated recovery effect of the skin tissue.The result show:PRF has a positive effect in skin recovery.
