In the study on the prevalence of bovine viral diarrhea(BVD),infectious bovine rhinotracheitis technique(IBR),bovine respiratory syncytial disease(BRS),brucellosis and foot-and-mouth disease(FMD)in partical regions.Serological detection methods were used in this study,the results will provide a theoretical tool for the epidemic comprehensive prevention and control of the infection and spreading of these viruses and the diseases caused by them.667 serum samples of 27 cattle farms were collected in 7 cities in Guangxi at 2014 and 2015 respectively.Rose-Bengal Plate Agglutination Test,Standard Tube Agglutination Test and ELISA methods were used in the stuy to detect the antibody of these diseases of the samples,and software of SPSS was used to analyze the datas.The results shown that,the positive rate of serum antibody of cattle farms in guangxi,BRS is the highest,followed by BVD,the lowest is brucellosi.The seroprevalence of BVD,66.26%in 2014,34.48%in 2015.The seroprevalence of IBR,25.79%in 2014,23.99%in 2015.The seroprevalence of BRS,40.18%in 2014,36.73%in 2015.The seroprevalence of brucellosis,0.3%in 2014,0.6%in 2015.The qualification rate of O type FMD immune antibody,92.2%in 2014,96.8%in 2015.The results shown that,most of the farms exist mixed infection with a variety diseases of BVD、IBR、BRS and brucellosis.The four heavy infection rate has reached 7.4%,the triple infection rate has reached 37%,double infection rate was 29.6%,single infection rate was 25.9%in 2014;The four heavy infection rate has reached 11.1%,the triple infection rate has reached 33.3%,double infection rate was 22.2%,single infection rate was 33.3%in 2015.The results shown that,different farms have different infection status,the highest positive rate of BVD was from milk buffalo farms,while the lowest positive rate of BVD was from beef cattle farms.The highest positive rate of IBR was from beef cattle farms,and the lowest positive rate was from cattle farm.The seroprevalence of BRSV IgG,the highest positive rate from beef cattle farms,the lowest positive rate from cattle farm.All positive samples of brucellosis come from cattle farm.The qualification rate of O type FMD immune antibody,the highest rate was 95.07%from cattle farms in 2014,and 97.04%from milk buffalo farms in 2015;the lowest rate was 77.98%from milk buffalo farms in 2014,and 96%from beef cattle farms in 2015.The results shown that positive rate of BVD、IBR、BRS and brucellosis,the qualification rate of O type FMD immune antibody,are not no positive or negative correlation with the scale of the farm.
