In order to improve the security and availability of tobacco, with flue-cured tobacco K326 as material, by studying different organic fertilizers and conditioners Fertilizers proportion impact on the cured Tobacco's Growth, yield and the heavy metals cadmium, in order to find the best ratio of Fertilizers, reveal the effect of organic fertilizer and conditioning agent for flue-cured tobacco and soil. The results of this test are as follows:(1) An appropriate amount of organic fertilizers and conditioners Fertilizers can also shorten flue-cured tobacco seedling, extended field growth period, promoting tobacco's growth and development, improve tobacco leaf production; Improve middle and upper leaves' content of total sugar and reducing sugar, Reduce the content of nicotine, total nitrogen and chlorine; Under a certain level of conditioning agents, it may be appropriate to increase the middle and upper leaves'organic fertilizer potassium content and lower the content of starch and protein. Conditioning A3 has the best performance, organic fertilizer showed B3>B2>B1.(2) Organic fertilizer and soil conditioning agents can increase the pH value; Organic fertilizer can increase the content of soil organic matter and total nitrogen, reduce the amount of available phosphorus and potassium, high-dose and low-dose conditioning agents will cause the loss of soil potassium and phosphorus. Each processing to A3B2 has the best performance.(3) Organic fertilizers and soil conditioners have a significant on cadmium of tobacco and soil. An appropriate amount of organic fertilizer and conditioning agent can reduce the proportion of acid-soluble cadmium content in soil, Increased the content of residual cadmium; Handle A2 increased flue-cured tobacco upper leaves and middle leaves cadmium's content, an increase of about 0.67-17.16%, the other treatments reduce the flue-cured tobacco's middle leaves' cadmium's content, a decline of about 0.85-14.35%. Wherein A3B2 is tne lowest cadmium's content in leaves.
