Application And Study On Cultivation Technology Of Female Population In Hybrid Rice Seeds Mechanized Production

Abstract/Summary:
In order to explore the cultivation techniques of male parent one-time transplanting with machine in hybrid rice seeds production,the effect on the growth-development characteristics, heading dynamic and panicle-spikelet of male parents population,which was transplanted by machine with seedlings raising on tray in mud, were researched. The male restorer line with different characteristics of the tiller-earning and heading including Shuhui 527,R931 land R1813,was treated in Tthree ways, one treated by two phases seeding of the sprouting seeds, one treated by two phases seeding of the mixed seeds of the dry and sprouting, and the other soaked by Uniconazol,and setting the population transplanted by hand with the water-raised seedling in sprouting seeds as control(CK).The raw ratio, which was suitable for machine harvesting and transplanting of male and female parent with artificial supplemental pollination in hybrid seed production,was preliminarily studied.The effect on the synchronization of flowering,out-crossing rate and yield of big-cine-rate between male and female, was researched, by setting two row ratio, which were 4:20、4:30 as experiment,and 2:10 in control. The results were as follows:1.The rate of seedling raised in trays with mud was lower 13-14% than the water-raised seedling, the rate of seedling mixed sowing of sprouting seeds and dry seeds was lower 16%-20% than the rate of sprouting seeds. Soaking seed with Uniconazole can improve the seedling rate of Shuhui 527 and increase the leaf number by 0.2-0.5,but the seedling height lower 2-5 cm to the untreated.2. The duration from seeding to heading of male parent transplanted by machine, including Shuhui 527,R9311, R1813, were lower 1.6-5.6d,1.3-3.7d,-0.6-0.3 than the artificial transplanting population, but the trend of growth period changes was opposite to female transplanted by machine in hybrid rice seeds production.3.The duration of heading of Shuhui 527 with capacity of high tiller-earning and long heading period was shorter 0.3-2.3 to the CK, the duration of population of seeds soaked with 1g/L Uniconazole and sowed with sprouting by two stages of 7days were similar to the CK. The duration of heading of R9311 with capacity of weak tiller-earning and short heading period was shorter 3.6-5.0d to the CK, and R1813 with capacity of medium tiller-earning was shorter 1.6-3.3d to CK.4.The seed setting rate of female by artificial supplementary pollination with row ratio of 4: 20 and 4: 30 was significantly lower than the row ratio of 2:10,and the results of out-crossing rate of plant in different sites of female parent indicated that the large row ratio may not affect the seed setting rate. As the male parent transplanted by machine had more panicle per unit area and grain number per spike by 30-40% than the artificial transplanting,the yield of row ratio of 4:20 was similar to the CK, and the 4: 30 was lower to the CK.
