Effect Of Chemical Regulation On The Quality Of Rice Seedlings

Mechanization of rice production is an inevitable trend in the development of modern rice cultivation.Machine transplanting is one of the important ways of mechanized planting of rice.However,there are problems such as poor seedling quality,low elasticity of seedlings,and long seedling period after machine insertion,which is not conducive to the growth of rice and the double season combination and the advantage of large ears of hybrid rice.Reducing the amount of seeding(single-planting machine-transplanted seedling raising)can prolong the age and improve the quality of seedlings.based on single-planting machine-transplanted seedling raising In this paper,the effects of single agents and combinations of growth regulators on age and seedling quality were studied.To increase the buffer time for rice “rush harvest and rush plant”,the research results are as follows:(1)The seed dressing treatment was better with 1.13mg/L prohexadione calcium and 300mg/L uniconazole.The height of seedlings at 30 d age was significantly lower than that of the control,and the reduction range was 44.46% and 28.92%,respectively.Increased but not significant;Foliar spray treatment is better with 500mg/L prohexadione calcium and 300mg/L paclobutrazol.The height of seedlings at 30 days old is 19 cm and 22.3cm,Compared with the control,it decreased by 51.05% and 28.7%,the stem base width increased by 36.67% and 60.47%,and the total root number increased by 26.31% and 55.26%,the leaf age can reach 5 leaves and one heart with the tiller;the spraying effect of the medicament is 40 ml per square meter,and the effect of the seedlings is not affected.(2)Combined treatment can significantly extend the age and improve the quality of seedlings.Among them,5.04mg/L prohexadione calcium seed dressing combined with 200mg/L paclobutrazol foliar spray treatment,50mg/L uniconazole seed dressing combined with 200mg/L paclobutrazol foliar spray treatment,the seedling height was 35.38% and 46.43% lower than the control,respectively(the seedling height of 30 days old was 21.2cm and 19.6cm respectively),The total number of roots increased by 62.5% and 66.45%,respectively,and the stem base width increased by 48.84% and 67.44%,respectively.The leaf age reached 5 leaves and one heart with branching.Therefore,in the process of seedling insertion by a single dense planting machine,it is recommended to use a growth regulator,calcium sulphate and seed dressing combined with paclobutrazol spray to achieve effective effect of prolonging age and improving seedling quality;or seed dressing or foliar application with prohexadione calcium can also effectively extend the age and improve the quality of the seedlings.
