The Baima Lake Farm in Jiangsu Province has implemented large-scale rice production for many years.It is a national seed production base,a national agricultural reclamation base for pollution-free agricultural products,and a provincial-level agricultural industrialization leading enterprise.However,in recent years,it was found that due to the influence of cultivation measures and varieties,the yield and rice quality of the main varieties Nanjing 9108 and Wankennuo 2 showed differences in different years and regions.In view of this,in order to improve the production efficiency of mechanically planted rice in this production area,and realize the coordinated development of high quality and high yield.In this study,a field experiment was conducted to analyze the effects of nitrogen fertilizer application,mechanical planting density,foliar micro-fertilizer,water management and harvest time on the yield and quality of Nanjing 9108 and Wankennuo 2.In order to provide theoretical basis and technical support for green,high quality and efficient production of mechanically planted rice in this production area.The main results are as follows:1.Among the different treatments,the nitrogen fertilizer of 40%basal fertilizer,30%tiller fertilizer and 30%panicle fertilizer combined with silicon fertilizer(450 kg/hm~2)was the best,and compared with conventional nitrogen fertilizer,this treatment significantly increased the total grains per panicle,seed setting rate,head rice rate and taste value.2.With the increase of machine planting density,rice yield increased at first and then decreased.Under planting density of 28.6×10~4 seedlings/hm~2,the yield,panicles per unit area,total grains per panicle and seed setting rate of two rice varieties were significantly higher than those of other treatments,while rice grain yield was the best under planting density of 25×10~4 seedlings/hm~2,followed by28.6×10~4 seedlings/hm~2.3.Compared with clear water,foliar spraying 0.2%Zinc,60kg/hm~2 Selenium and 0.30%Iron solution at booting stage significantly increased rice seed setting rate,1000-grain weight,yield,head rice rate and rice taste value,and decreased rice chalky grain rate.4.With the postponement of irrigation water cut-off and harvest time,the seed setting rate and 1000-grain weight of the two rice varieties increased.When irrigation water was cut off 40 days after full heading and harvested 55 days after full heading,rice yield was significantly increased,and rice processing quality,appearance quality and taste value were improved.5.The head rice rate and taste value were significantly decreased and the waist burst rate was increased when drying temperature(≥55℃)and drying time(≥15 h),and the milling quality of rice was the best when drying temperature(45~55℃)and drying time(10 h).
