Based on stepless adjustment of To crop planting distance as the breakthrough point,this paper refer to a large number of researches of the pulsing stepless transmission, it is concluded that pulsing stepless transmission can make use of its own stepless speed regulation institutions realize the stepless regulation of crop planting distance, without stopping to replace seeding apparatus, and can guarantee the continuity of the planting distance change, greatly ensure the combination of agronomy and farm machinery, greatly simplify the operation.Using pulsing stepless transmission to realize the planter stepless variable speed transmitt, can simplify the structure of transmission, meet requirements of stepless speed regulation needed for modern agriculture precision seeder,and the operation is simple. This paper introduces the composition and working principle of pulsing stepless transmission, and use simulation software for simulation analysis. The main research work is as follows:1) This paper introduces the research background and the significance and development situation at home and abroad, illustrates the composition and working principle of pulsing stepless transmission, by the simulation analysis shows that under the condition of design parameters, the pulsing stepless transmission mechanism design is reasonable, the output shaft is able to run according to the law of the expected speed, meet the row of kind of shaft speed stepless regulation requirements.2) Established mathematical model of pulsing stepless transmission combination structure for the kinematics simulation analysis. Useing of MATLAB/simulink software package, worked out length diagram, angle figure, linear velocity diagram, angular velocity diagram,angular acceleration diagram and linear acceleration diagram of between the rotation center of eccentric mechanism and the contact points of between the connecting rod and eccentric mechanism; worked out the length diagram, angle diagram, linear velocity diagram, angular velocity diagram,angular acceleration diagram and linear acceleration diagram of between the connecting rod and the contact point of eccentric mechanism. Simulation results show that the eccentric eccentricity is 12.5 mm, eccentric radius of 35 mm, the connecting rod length is 161 mm, the output rocker length of 45 mm, arc chamfer radius of 161 mm under the conditions of the simulation results meet the design requirements, the results provide the original design and manufacturing of the transmission parameters for the next step.3) Established mathematical model of pulsing stepless transmission combination structure for the dynamics simulation analysis. Useing of MATLAB/simulink software package, worked out the binding changes relationship between eccentric mechanism and connecting rod over time; the binding changes relationship of between the Output rocker and the connecting rod over time. The simulation results show that the pulsing stepless transmission force meet the design requirements, the dynamics for ANSYSworkbench and connecting rod of pulsing stepless transmission statics finite element analysis to provide mechanical parameters.4) Doed the finite element analysis of connecting rod and CAM of pulsing stepless transmission structure.Useing of MATLAB/simulink software package, doed the finite element analysis from two parameters of displacement and equivalent stress. Worked out the maximum stress and maximum deformation of the connecting rod and the maximum stress and maximum deformation of the CAM. The simulation results show that the stress deformation meet the design requirements.
