Floating seeding in is the main way for tobacco cultivation in our country,by filling in the seedling tray,and then sow the tobacco seeds in tray.The tray will be placed in the nutrient solution inside the greenhouse and tobacco seedlings absorbing the nutrient from the nutrient solution,transplanted in the field at appropriate time.But the artificial transplant is a hard word and also a time waster.The plant spacing,depth is difficult to maintain uniformity,transplanting quality cannot be guaranteed.The work efficiency is about 0.3 acre/day per capita,when the use of mechanized transplanting,the per capita efficiency can be increased to 12 acre/day.At present,the coverage of mechanized transplanting is small in our country,the main reason is that China's current tobacco seedling transplanting machine cannot adapt to the requirements of agricultural planting,the results are not satisfactory,therefore we need to design a seedling planting machine for tobacco to replace artificial transplanting.The transplanter we designed is duckbill transplanter,which is according to the characteristics of floating seeding and the physical properties of tobacco,such as the seedings height,weight and seeding leaves' diameter under natural,and we calculate the average values were 15.6cm,15.3g,9.7cm;Survey transplanting agronomic requirements of tobacco seedling..Preliminary determine the structure of transplanter,select the parts which have large effect on work result to have detail design,such as duckbill,Ya board,cam connector.Considering the operation characteristics of duckbill transplanter : Duckbill transplanter belongs to semi-automatic transplanting machine,and need to manually feed the seedlings,the existing seedling feeding device is a seedling throwing disc,in order to avoid leakage phenomenon requires staff to concentrate to feed seedlings.In view of this situation,we design a new type of seedling throwing disc which has a leak-proof function.The main technique is set up normal and alternate Cup,test did normal Cup exist seedlings by infrared,when there is no seedlings in the Cup,the SCM control the rotating type and switch to the alternate Cup and the buzzer alarm sounds to alert staff to replenish seedlings,through this way play a role to prevent leakage seedlingsEstablish a simplified model of duckbill transplanter to obtain duckbill's displacement equation.Through the displacement equation derivation get duckbill speed equation,according to the principle of throwing seedling at zero speed to analyse the horizontal velocity of duckbill,and the introduce the characteristic parameter?.Analyse the motion trajectory at different characteristic parameter,and get the result that only when ?(29)1that realize throwing seedling at zero speed.Analyse the status at different place to throwing seedlings when ?(29)1and get the result that when we throwing seedlings at OB segment the seedlings will have the best vertical status.By choosing different motion parameters to have orthogonal experiment,get the size of the transplanter and establish the three-dimensional model,then import to Adams to have kinematics simulation,we can export the displacement and velocity curve through Adams and the result is consistent with previous mathematical analysis: Duckbill exist three point zero speed in the horizontal direction of each movement cycle,and near the zero speed point the duckbill in the horizontal direction is substantially unchanged,to ensure that the seedlings' horizontal rate is zero when throwing to the seedling hole,in line with the principle of throwing seedling at zero speed.Though trial-produce prototype,take the tobacco-planting area in south of Anhui as the experimental station,select the argillaceous soil which the rate of water content is 20% and the clay soil which the rate of water content is 15%.Test result shows that when the transplanter work on the clay soil gives better results than argillaceous soil,tobacco spacing pass rate is more than 97%,Tobacco upright degree qualified rate is about 96% and the leakage rate is less than 3%.The operating results in clay soil of high moisture content somewhat less,but also can meet the agricultural requirements of tobacco transplanting.The survival rate experiments continued a month,observe the growth conditions of tobacco seedlings,respectively,in the second day,the tenth day and a month.There is no unusual situation in the first two surveys,but there are 3 tobacco seedlings were withered and 2seedlings were less healthy than others the survival rate of tobacco seedlings reached 97.5%.The experiment affirmed that the duckbill transplanter is reasonable.
