Windrow turner is the machine which can turn, mix, stir solid materials; it is mainly used for organic fertilizer production and garbage and sludge.Track cleaner is a walking track optimizer of windrow turner, which is used to clean the materials in front of the walking track. The structure design and the feasibility research of track cleaner with virtual simulation and numerical analysis was proved on this thesis.The main research content is as follows:(1)The problems of avoiding obstacle insufficient and damage easily is analyzed by comparing the track cleaner spade structure and reference the obstacle principle of snow pushing shovel,then the project design was made with innovative though for track cleaner. The built-in avoid obstacle track cleaner was determined for research object by analyzing and comparing on several solutions; the movement principle of three working conditions of the track cleaner and the mathematical model of four bar linkage was analyzed; assembly model of track cleaner was established in SolidWorks software, including the shovel and bracket model, particularly the shape of track cleaner spade plough body.(2)The simulation data and the boundary conditions were got by collecting and analyzing working data of track cleaner in three working conditions, the boundary conditions on track cleaner was set, particularly the set of the simulation constraint and contact between parts,the simulation run and the change rule of displacement,velocity,and force in three working conditions were obtained for analyzing and comparing. finally,the power of energy loss was calculated with simulation data.The feasibility of motion structure was proved,and its motion law can use as the basis of selecting gas spring and hydraulic cylinder parameter.(3)The track cleaner spade separately and assembly in the assembly environment was analyzed and compare, and the spade stress and strain were obtained and the weak spot which located at the track cleaner spade connection was found out. The stress distribution in the connection trend to uniform by comparing the assembly analysis results was proved,and also in the set of component contact and force, the analysis of track cleaner can be more applicable than the analysis of track cleaner spade separately was illustrated, the feasibility of the structure design from the overall assembly level was verified. And according to improving the structure and producing samples, the reasonable and reliable of structure is in practice.The virtual simulation and the kinematics dynamics theory were studied for the research,and was mainly completed the design of track cleaner obstacle principle and scheme comparison, motion simulation and power loss analysis and the finite element analysis of assembly;The working methods and the data from the paper had promoting effect of significance for subsequent track cleaner spade improvement and the development of organic fertilizer ecological agriculture.
