| Wood material is a renewable energy source which provide us energy, residence for thousands of years. But we still do not completely comprehend it. The appearance of the finite element method would provide us a way to solve it. We can approximate the true situation as long as the division is exact and units are small enough. Computer technology has provided us an objective, visual environment, and also provided us the visual analysis results of the practical application. With the evolution of computer simulation technology and wide range of application of the finite element method, the combination of the two will be a powerful tool to solve problems.In this paper, Pinus sylvestris var.Mongolia is the research object. Use traditional electrometric method to get its elastic constants, use Composite Materials theory to be a certification, it indicates the accuracy of the experiment and get the parameters which are used for simulation. In linear phase compared the calculating result of mechanics of materials with the results which analyzed by ANSYS, a large-scale simulation software; in nonlinear phase, compared with a large number of experimental datum and simulation results. Finally use ANSYS to optimize the test samples. It verified that the application of ANSYS analysis of wood-based material model is viable, use ANSYS can optimize the design of the structure simply and conveniently.In this paper, the finite element theory, wood science and composite materials theory are used, it is an interdisciplinary research, and will provide some references for wood-based composite material, such as reference materials in the future. |
