Reseach Of New Riolling-off Tiltering Equipment In Tractor Assembly Line

The process of wheel tractors rolling off the assemble line while they are assembled completely is an very important process in tractors production which not only affect the productivity directly, but also affect the intensity of workers,the security and reliability of equipements,etc. Now, the common ways used in outside like fixed rolling-off equipment and hydraulic rolling-off equipment which was used usually in one production assembly line for multi-model tractors is not sufficient, because the diameter of wheel is always proportional to the horse power of tractor. It means that the more different horse power of tractors produced in one assembly line, the more different the diameter of wheel has and the more different happens in the height of rolling-off platform and the angle of inclination. So, this paper gives a new rolling-off tiltering platform for reaching the requirements of multi-model assembly line of tractors greatly and making sure the safety in production.The rolling-off tiltering platform applied in multi-model assembly line of tractors is great applicability with features of adjustable height and angle of platform which can meet all production requirements for different models of tractors, meanwhile, the use of encoder solves the problem in synchronicity between lifting of and tiltering of platform, and also gives a new interconnection between transport system and itself. The interconnection control can improve the safety of operation, avoiding the trctor in the end of assembly line crashes with another tractor which is waiting or tiltering in rolling-off platform.With the rapid developing of agricultural machines production in China, the requirements of increasing safety, reliability and automation is urgently, so the paper was written on fact of assembly line of tractors with strong points, practicability and extensive future.
