In recent years,potato production is increasing and all kinds of potato products are emerging,the potato has become one of the main crops in China.But the production of potatoes in China still remains at the semi-mechanized state,the planting is still give priority to human resources,while the agricultural transport vehicle structure and function is single and the products is rare,the current situation can not adapt to the growing demand for the scale expansion of the potato production.According to the current demand for agricultural market and the recurring problems of agricultural machinery,combined with the products of Shandong Xicheng Agricultural Science and Technology Co.,Ltd.,i have designed a 5SY-8 multi-functional potato transporter.The agency is able to complete the loading,collection and transportation of potatoes with smooth operation and flexible working position,which can be able to adapt to different circumstances of the transport operations.(1)On the base of the functional principle design method,the best component combination form of the multifunction carrier is obtained by using the effective value analysis method.The technical parameters of the vehicle has been put forward,and the working principle has been illustrated,and the control system has been designed,and the power consumption has been analyzed.(2)Solidworks software was used to design the conveyor arm device,the rear door device and the slewing bearing parts,and the vehicle assembly was carried out,and the components were properly fit and the structure was reasonable and beautiful.The design of the size parameters of the main parts of the multi-purpose vehicle and the strength of the safety check.The structural material was selected correctly,the strength was safe and reliable,and the preset function and requirements could be completed.(3)ANSYS Workbench software was used to analyze the static,finite element analysis of the rotary bracket,the rotating shaft and the driving roller.The structural materials of the parts were reasonable and the working performance was safe and reliable.The optimize design for the rotary support has been done,on the premise of meeting the requirements of strength and function,the optimized structure reduces the material consumption and the cost.ADAMS is used for carrying out the kinematic simulation of the loading of the conveyor arm,and the data shows that the conveyor arm is able to complete the required loading work in the absence of interference collision,the rationality and feasibility of the design is proved more effectively.
