| China is a large vegetable production and consumption,according to statistics,leaf vegetable production has accounted for 30 to 40 percent of the world’s total output.In China,the planting area of leaf vegetables is large,and the degree of mechanization in the harvest process is low.Mechanized harvesting of leaf vegetables is still in a blank state,and the main harvesting method relies on manual harvesting,which takes time,effort and is very low in harvest efficiency.Therefore,the research and design of leaf vegetable harvester is of great significance to reduce production cost.Under the background of this article is based on the research and design of an electric small green vegetables harvester,asked to pick a net rate of more than 95%,damage rate is less than 5%,the main research contents are as follows:(1)according to the requirements of the small green vegetables growth characteristics and harvest,using CATIA software implementation including frame,cutter,gas blowing device,walking device,each part of the conveyor belt,unit 3 d modeling and simulation,and the device of the virtual assembly was achieved by using CATIA software.(2)the good model will be built into ANSYS,drive axle,connecting bolts of harvester and rack and other key components in finite element analysis and modal analysis,by means of solving the key elements of the equivalent stress nephogram post-processing,total displacement deformation nephogram and modal vibration mode diagram,analysis the rationality of the materials and structure,at the same time find device is the weakest link in the cutting device,topology optimization was carried out on the cutter.The optimized model modal analysis is used to verify the stability of the new structure.(3)Using ADAMS kinematics simulation software,the kinematics simulation of the cabbage in the transmission process was carried out.Observes the state of small green vegetables on the conveyor belt,through the analysis of small green vegetables velocity curve and small green vegetables displacement curve to determine the appropriate range of horizontal tilt Angle of the conveyor belt is 30 degrees to 34 degrees.(4)finish assembly and debugging device and in the field the field test,the test evaluation index is determined,by SPSS software to determine the small green vegetables harvester forward speed and small green vegetables to pick a net rate and small greens function relation between the damage rate,and analyze the mathematical model to get the little green vegetables combine appropriate speed 0.49 m/s,small greens at this time to pick a net rate is higher and more than 95%,at the same time,the damage rate of small green vegetables are lower and not more than 5%,meet the design requirements. |
