| The Soil Deep Loosening (SDL) has such functions like: breaking the hard ploughground floor, deepening the hard bottom, increasing the soil non-plough layer and waterpermeability, improving the environment of root growth. Thus, Deep Loosening Technology(DLT) plays an important role in enhancing the yield of crops, especially the deep root crops.Deep loosening shovel is a key component for the deep loosening machine, which affects theeffect of deep loosing. Therefore, great attention should be paid for the reasonable design ofthe structure and parameters of deep loosening shovel, making it have good workperformance and reliability.Deep loosening shovel is a key component in the deep loosening machine. This thesisdoes the two-dimensional deep loosening shovel design. And on the basis of application Pro/Eand ANSYS, the deep loosening shovel structure analysis and design improvement isachieved. The contents and conclusion of this paper are as follows:(1) The proper combination scheme is confirmed On the basis of the deep looseningshovel key parts design and force analysis, the scheme of deep loosening machine shovel,spade handle and connecting mechanism are designed,(2)Through the finite element simulation, the cause for the stress concentration is thefixation form of fixing by drilling in the deep loosening spade. To solve this stressconcentration problem, it is necessary to try to use some other method to fix the deeploosening shovel. In this paper, the card slot fixed method was introduced. This method ismuch better than the drilling method which was proved by the finite element simulation. Andthe maximum stress for the second method is only21.3%of the first one. Necessity andmethods about the overload protection are discussed in this thesis and in fact, this overloadprotection device (OPD) was designed. Under the conditions of OPD, the problem of stressconcentration was solved, and the maximum stress for this method is only12.1%of the sixhole drilling method, and of57of the card slot fixed method which shows that this OPD ismuch better than drilling method and card slot fixed method. OPD could avoid the damage ofdeep loosening shovel. When the load was beyond the safe threshold, by cutting theprotection bolt, the deep loosening shovel is protected, avoiding great losses.(3)Design a new kind of connecting device clamping fixation method was put forward and this kind could solve the problem of stress concentration and protect the spade handle,(4)Engibeering drawings were exported from the3-D design. |
