In this study, same japonica rice variety (wu xiang jing 9) involving four experiment (density, different nitrogen supply, density and nitrogen supply, wu xiang jing 7 high yield technology) and high yield technology experiment involving wu yun jing 9 variety. The objectives of this study: determine the outgrowth and productive of tiller for machine-transplant rice and effects of different nitrogen supply and density on nitrogen uptake and ultization and high yield technology control; analysis characterics of tiller outgrowth and productive, uptake of nitrogen .Results showed as following:(1) machine-transplant rice tiller mainly outgrowed 4/0,5/0,6/0,7/0 etal the first tiller and few 4/1 second tillers etal middle tillers,spikelets rate concentrate this tiller position .with density increase,outgrowth and productive of tiller reduced. Compared with rice by hand .machine-transplant rice tillers outgrowth and productive superiority was 4/0,5/0,6/0,7/0 first tillers and 4/1 second tiller etal middle position.(2) during the observe tiller outgrowth, three leaf one center transplant leaf position of tiller outgrowth was 3/0, leaf age that tiller outgrow prevalently was after the sixth leaf elicited, and after transplant new two leaf come out tiller begin to outgrow, when manchine-transplant seedling was transplanted by hand leaf position of tiller outgrowth was 2/0, leaf age that tiller outgrow prevalently was after the fifth leaf elicited, after transplant new one leaf come out tiller begin to outgrow. Compared with by hand leaf age when manchine-transplant rice tiller outgrowed prevalently was later for one leaf birth.-(3) Result that different nitrogen supply showed that under the condition of same total nitrogen, basic tiller fertilizer and panicle-spikelet fertilizer ratio as 4:6 and basic and tiller fertizer ratio as 3:7, the yield is the best high. About fertilizer utilization rate, with basic and tiller fertilizer increase fertilizer utilization rate reduced. Accordingly about machine-transplant fertilizer supply, the decrease of percentage of basic and tiller fatilizer, this enhanced fertilizer ulitization rate and yield.(4) Under of density and fertilizer supply response, with the development of density total nitrogen uptake increased and nitrogen ulitization rate enhanced but when seedling per hill exceeded 3 ,total nitrogen uptake decreased and nitrogen ulitization rate decrease .(5) Yield was positive relate with spikelets, productive tiller percentage increased with yield.productive tiller percentage of 600kg was in the scope of 60-65%, 650kg was 65-70%, and 700kg was super 70%, Dry matter accumulation of different yield increased with yield after heading. Leaf and sheath transcolation rate of different yield increased with yield.
