| Today,the tobacco field management mechanization is an important technical problem waiting to be solved urgently in the field management production of domestic and international tobacco.Mechanization level of tobacco field management is still very low in the mechanized production in our country.Topping,spray and harvesting machinery technology has always been short board of tobacco field management mechanization.Topping,spray mechanization technology development of domestic and foreign tobacco field are introduced in this paper.Steering system design method of three wheeled operation vehicle is analyzed and structure of three wheeled overhead operation vehicle designed based on actual operation situation of Henan plain tobacco area is introduced.The vehicle is drove by full hydraulic system and used as integrated operation platform of tobacco field management.It can realize topping,spray,transplanting,cultivation,fertilization and assisted harvesting.Steering system and tread adjustment system of the tobacco field operation vehicle was analyzed theoretically according to structural characteristics.Front wheel steering mechanism and tread adjustment mechanism were simulated using mechanical dynamics software ADAMS.Arrangement of front wheel steering mechanism was optimized and rationality of tread adjustment mechanism was tested.It provides the technical basis for the improvement of structure and work function of three wheeled overhead field operation vehicle.The spray device was designed for the multi-purpose vehicle.Spray means light and flexible as the main design goals.The design of the device is removable,collapsible structure.The device takes two-Spraying-Mode-in-One,setting the spray rod and tunnel in one,the tobacco seedlings and mature plants were sprayed with different structures work,solving the problem of rod spray jet resulting the lower tobacco no deposition of liquid effectively in the late growth of tobacco,increasing the utilization of the liquid greatly.The device includes a main frame body spray,Folded arms,head fixation rod and so on.It can spray 4-rows by spray rod and 2-line by tunnel spray one-time.Topping equipment was designed for the multi-purpose vehicle.The topping machine is mainly composed of shell,cutter head,DC motor,blade and sprout-stop spraying device.It can accomplish tobacco topping,sprout-stop and top-flowers collecting in the field operation.To improve the air flow inside the shell and to avoid the top-flowers jumping outside.The flow field was analysed by using CFD software.Experimental results showed that air velocity near the shell bottom could be greater than 6m/s and 96% of top-flowers completed to be cut and 94% blowed away to be cllected while the blade-wheel rotated at the speed of 600r/p,realizing the top-flowers’ cutting and collecting.The design and simulation analysis of structural of steering and back wheel on the tread adjust system proved the rationality about the vehicle structural design,providing a theoretical basis for the structure of full hydraulic wheeled overhead operations vehicle.The design of spray and toping device was adapted to the real working condition of the plains of Henan tobacco growing areas,improving job quality and work efficiency of tobacco topping spray of the field.It provided a reference on the design and research of spray and topping mechanization devices. |
