Orchards in southern China usually adopts lower height and high~density cultivation mode.It is very difficult for the movable spray machine to get into the orchard.As a consequence,many orchards have begun to import pipeline spraying technology.Pipeline spray provides a new idea for orchard automatic spray,the current pipeline constant pressure spray technology improve the quality of the spray,reducing the labor intensity of the spray pesticide workers.Aiming at the south orchard spray high labor intensity,high labor costs and high density orchard sprayer difficult questions,this paper designs the automatic sequential spraying frame for orchard and carries out spraying experiment.The main contents of the study are showed as follows:(1)Using particle dynamic analyzer(PDA)to measure and evaluate four performance indicators(droplet parameters,flow rate,fog cone angle and droplet size)of common sprinklers in orchards,and study the effect of spray pressure on performance indicators,and analyze the regularity of performance indicators changing with spray pressure,so as to provide basis for selecting and optimizing spray effect.When the spray pressure is 0.6~1.1MPa,the droplet types of the four kinds of sprinklers are more consistent,and droplets are mainly in the form of fine droplets.(2)Based on the principle that sprinkler droplets can cover the crown of fruit trees and can not sprayed outside the crown,theoretical calculation of the droplet coverage of sprinkler arrangement is carried out,and the pipeline automatic sequence sprayer frame and pipe laying are completed.Four layout methods of sprinkler head have been designed,and the spray effect has been determined through experiments.(3)In order to evaluate the spray effect of pipeline automatic sequential spray rack,the test of drug attachment rate and the test of effective utilization rate of liquid medicine were carried out.The test results showed that the spray attachment rate of the sprinkler heads was 4.The attachment rate of each layer was over 94%,while the spray effect of the B canopy leaves needed to be improved.The test condition was the same as that of the liquid attachment rate test.The amount of liquid deposition of each target tree A,B and C three canopy sampling test paper was observed,and four kinds of sprinkler cloth were calculated.Effective utilization rate of liquid medicine and ground loss rate of four sprinkler arrangement modes were calculated.The results showed that the effective utilization rates of pesticides in nozzle layout 1~4 were 27.81%,22.45%,27.90% and 37.21%,ground loss rates were 19.18%,18.55%,26.77% and 25.80% respectively.Compared with the traditional spraying method,the effective utilization rate of the 4 of the sprinkler arrangement is increased by 98.98%,and ground loss rate decreased by 33.65%.Therefore,in practical application,it is suggested that the automatic spray operation of the pipeline should be carried out under the working pressure of 1.4MPa and the spraying time of 6S,using the sprinkler arrangement method 4 to achieve better spray effect. |
