Tobacco is an important economic crop in China. The pest and insect pests seriously affect tobacco production, and its control is mainly based on chemical control.. Existing sprayer spraying in top-down spray spray rod type main spray, in tobacco at later growth stage, lush leaves, upper leaves occlusion in lower leaves, not only the lower tobacco is unable to obtain the uniform liquid deposition, make the prevention effect to sell at a discount greatly and upper excessive spraying liquid will fall into soil, resulting in a huge waste of pesticides and the environment pollution. Therefore design a two-spraying-mode-in-one tobacco sprayer, so that it can according to the shape of the plant to select different spray modes of liquid spraying, and the recovery liquid deposited to the blade without reuse, has the important practical significance.The main research content includes:according to the tobacco transplanting the plant growth characteristics, design the spray frame lifting mechanism, a spray frame deformation mechanism and furling mechanism, through three kinds of mode conversion, â‘  to achieve the tobacco seedling stage spray type spray operation, the working width can cover seven tobacco seedlings;â‘¡ in tobacco mature period of tunnel type spray, effectively avoid the upper leaves, middle and lower leaves good droplet deposition, the working width covering three lines of tobacco; â‘¢ on the machine can realize the spray frame on both sides of the fuselage furled, reduce the equipment size and improve the equipment. In this paper, the design of the liquid spray system, realize the spray rod and tunnel type two kinds of mode of precision spray; this paper also designs the residual liquid collecting and circulating system, the realization of the liquid spraying process not deposited to leaf liquid recycling reuse, saving production cost, and avoiding the pollution of the environment. In this paper, the spray frame material and size of the spray machine are optimized by ADAMS and ANSYS, and the stress of the connecting points of the spray frame is effectively reduced, and the reliability of the machine is enhanced..On the basis of theoretical analysis and design, the test of the prototype and the whole performance of the prototype is completed.. Test results show that:compared to the two-spraying-mode-in-one tobacco sprayer and ordinary spray rod type spray system, in Tobacco Maturity and along the plant in the vertical direction of the lower blade positive average per unit area of droplet deposition amount increases by about 50%, on the reverse side of the upper and lower blade average per unit area of droplet deposition amount were increased by 30.56% and 61.54%; along the plant level direction of Chinese and foreign leaf positive average per unit area of droplet deposition amount increased by 42% above; of Chinese and foreign each layer leaves opposite average per unit area of droplet deposition amount were increased by 46.23%,61.17,24.11%.In this paper, the design of the two-spraying-mode-in-one tobacco sprayer, in different growth periods of tobacco transplanting, can choose different spray modes according to the shape of the plant, that significantly improve the tobacco is the opposite of pest control, ensure the application effect, and improve the overall annual use rate; the residual liquid recycling, reduce the cost of spraying, and protect the environment.
