The research group on existing wheat seeding machinery sowing sowing,poor stability,leakage phenomenon,no fault monitoring system,intelligent low level,developed a new type of wheat seed and fertilizer intelligent double suction precision seeder.The intelligent control precision sowing machine core components using the "automatic pressure relief clear double suction wheat precision seedmeter,fluted wheel wheat wide fertilizing,seeding and fertilizing drive control device",the three parts are designed independently by the research group.Firstly,penman absorbe the research results of the first two generation prototype of the research group,and summarize the problems existing in the former two generation prototype.Based on the literature review,penman invented a new kind of automatic pressure relief seed metering device with double sucker,which is based on proe5.0.The seeder can accurately realize the seeding of wheat.Most of the Air-suction Planting Machine on the market in the scraping part of the seed is very easy to scratch the seeds,the seed metering device designed by me,external pressure relief can help the scraper better scraping.In addition,the research group used the proe5.0 to design a kind of outer groove wheel wheat wide fertilizer distributor,the fertilizer device can accurately separate the fertilizer through the grooves with the same capacity to realize the precise control of the fertilizer.The seed metering device and the fertilizer discharging device can realize the quick and simple disassembly of the parts,which lays the foundation for the popularization of the wheat controlled precision seeder.In addition,penman also introduced the intelligent control of the other parts of the mechanical parts and control part of the components used to do the relevant introduction.At present,the research group has completed the assembly of the wheat double suction cup fertilizer intelligent control precision sowing machine,which can be easily observed in the assembly of all parts of the wheat precision seeder.The connection of the whole machine is followed by the principle of detachable design,and the connection of the whole machine has good detachability.After the completion of the whole assembly,the research group first entered the experimental field,conducted a test,the initial determination of the intelligent control of the overall structure of the machine is still relatively reasonable design,the situation of intelligent control of seeding and fertilization is relatively stable,which can meetthe requirements of wheat seeding and fertilization.
