As the most famous unique fruit to Xinjiang, its place of origin is located in Bayinguoleng Mongol Autonomous Prefecture Korla region. The improper initiatives on fertilization and management hinder Korla fragrant pear industry from development. In the test, we selected Korla fragrant pear garden to conduct fertilization experiments by control treatment and mixed applying chemical fertilizers, bio-organic fertilizer and bio-organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer in order to test the yield and quality of fruit and determine the photosynthesis of Korla fragrant pear leaves, physical and chemical properties of soil in pear garden as well as other indicators under different treatment conditions. This paper is to discuss the role that bio-organic fertilizer play in the growth and development of Korla fragrant pear and its effects on physical and chemical properties of soil. Test results are as follows:1. Different fertilization treatments, mixed applying chemical fertilizers, bio-organic fertilizer, bio-organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer increases by 18.46%, 40.62% and 50.16%, respectively, compared with the control group. By comparing the Korla fragrant pear of different grades in comparison, the proportions of Grade-I pear yields with each treatment in total production are as follows: 44.31%, 42.08%, 45.30% and 47.13%. Among them, bio-organic fertilizer and mixed chemical fertilizer is bring about the highest output and the difference between yields of fruit of following grades are much smaller.2. The mass of single Korla fragrant Pear fruit under different fertilization treatments is between 94.88 g and 108.99 g; compared with the control treatment, soluble sugar content in bio-organic fertilizers and mixture of bio-organic fertilizers and chemical fertilizers increased by 15.58 % and 17.75%, respectively; titratable acid content were decreased in different degrees and it decreased the most by 14.29%, with mixed application of bio-organic fertilizers and chemical fertilizers; pear vitamin C content in pear increase by 11.16%, 15.18% and 13.84%, respectively, compared to the control treatment, with best effect achieved by bio-organic fertilizer.3. By the analysis of Korla fragrant Pear quality principal components under different fertilizer treatments, we obtain three qualified main components, through which we get a model for final evaluation of the quality of Korla fragrant pear. After the introducing the index at each process to in the evaluation model, conclusion can be made that: Bio-organic fertilizer treatment> Bio-organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer mixed fertilizer treatment> Chemical fertilizers> Control process.4. The net photosynthetic rate of pear leaves of diurnal variation, as one of Photosynthesis index, achieve the highest values by the use of bio-organic fertilizers, among all treatments, which is 22 ?molCO2?mol-2?s-1, the diurnal variation of intercellular CO2 concentration and net photosynthetic rate substantially go in a different direction from each other..5. Nitrogen content of the soil reached the highest with applying chemical fertilizer and the content increase by 76.54%, 17.96% and 7.37%, respectively compared to control group. However, with the use of bio-organic fertilizer, the soil available phosphorus, potassium, total phosphorus, organic matter content increase the highest, by 20.57%, 46.15% and 13.95% compared to control group. The principal component analysis suggests that bio-organic fertilizers take the most significant effects on the soil fertility..
